How do you define POP? The poorest of the poor would comprise of women farmers from most backward sections in the economic, social and gender sphere.

What are the criterion to qualify as POP? Women headed households Widows Small and Marginal Farmers (<1 hectare) Households with Physically challenged individuals BPL Families, Antodaya beneficiaries SC, ST and OBC women Single and divorced poor women
