KRETE KOTE is a system comprised of bags of Top Coat or Krete Kote which are polymer modified cementitious material, mixed with water and applied to concrete surfaces to re-store, beautify and protect the underlying concrete. Patterns, colors and de-signs can be created to make the area attractive, skid resistant and cooler to the bare foot. Bags of Krete Kote are available in two standard colors, white and natural grey, and bags of Top Coat are available in several colors. Additional colors can be cre-ated by the addition of our Liquid Dye Colorants. Approximate coverage is 250 sf/bag per coat.

OVERLAY STAMP MIX is a polymer modified cementitious coating used as an overlay on existing concrete surfaces to achieve a decorative stamped appearance. Designed for re-surfacing structurally sound, non-moving concrete. Ideal for

worn, discolored, out-of-level substrates. Coverage is ap-

proximately 35 sf/bag at 3/8” thickness.

SCRATCH KOTE 2000 is a super bonding synthetic resin modi-fied cement that is designed for applications in swimming pools to bond new plaster to old plaster. Scratch Kote 2000 can be sprayed, brush, troweled, rolled or thrown with a dash brush de-pending upon scope of use. Coverage per bag when sprayed is well over 300 SF, 175 to 200 when rolled.

Micro-Topping is a high quality, polymer modified, cement based, smooth finish, overlay coating that when mixed with wa-ter, produces a tough, durable finish for concrete restoration. The finish is then able to accept dye, stains, and sealers. Ideally suited for all interior horizontal pedestrian concrete surfaces.

Coverage is approximately 300 sf per coat.

POND KOTE is a cementitious coating applied to fish hatch-eries to restore the walls and floor back to original smooth condition. Also ideak fir Ponds and Water Features as the visual wearing surface. Rough walls harm the fish, promote deadly bacteria and make cleaning next to impossible. Pond Kote is smoother for the fish and easy to clean. Approximate coverage at 1/16” thickness is 120 sf/bag.

STUCCO BASE is a base coat used in the traditional stucco system. It is a polymer modified cementitious material which is mixed with water on the job. It is applied by a trowel method to the wall into the metal lathe (or directly to block) to create the smooth base coat for the stucco mix. Approxi-mate coverage is 40 to 60 sf/bag.

FOAM BASE is a base coat used in the Insulated Concrete Form Stucco System. It is a polymer modified cementitious material which is mixed with water on the job. It is applied by a trowel method to the wall, then a woven fiberglass mesh is em-bedded into the foam base to create a hard, durable, smooth base coat for the stucco mix. Approximate coverage per bag is 125 sf.

SPEED MIX is a fast setting, resin modified, hydraulic cement re-pair mortar. It is used by itself for most types of concrete repair. Can be used interior or exterior, vertical, horizontal or overhead. Key qualities found in this material: Non-Shrinking, quick set time, can be feathered, just add water, can be over-coated, high compression strength, etc. One 65-lb bag will yield 2/3 of a cubic foot, (18 sf @ 1/2” thickness).

Speed Bond is a two-part, self leveling, rapid set, urethane caulking used to fix cracks in horizontal concrete. Sets up fast like an epoxy, however the urethane composition allows it to remain somewhat flexible. Each tube comes with 1 mixing tip. Uses a standard caulking gun. Coverage is approximately 18 to 22 LF per tube at 1/4” wide x 1/4” deep.

Our CRACK CHASING BLADE is a 4” blade, to make quick work of grinding out cracks. Great for use when undercutting tile in swimming pool remodel projects. Mounts directly to most angle grinders.

Z-Tech abrasive grinding blades in 7” or 4” diameter are ideal for removal of old coatings. Use to grind out imper-fections in concrete as well. Requires an adapter (sold separately) to mount to grinder.

CAULKING GUNS for dispensing the SPEED BOND crack repair material as well as other caulk materials. The pull ratio on this gun is so strong it allows you to dispense even the most heavy viscosity items with ease.

STUCCO BASE is a translucent concrete stain. Ideal for our KRETE KOTE System, Overlay Stamp or Micro Topping sys-tems. Can also be applied to bare concrete and stucco. Roll or spray one or two coats depending upon scope of work. Supplied in a ready-to-use pail. Water base material. Must have clear seal applied over the top to lock in color. Coverage is 200 to 250 SF per gallon per coat.

LIQUID COLORANTS were designed to be used as a color-ant to dye any of our bagged material to achieve an inte-gral color material. Can also be used to tint other cementi-tious bagged material such as grout and mortars. Four ounce jar, use a maximum of 3 jars per 65-lb bag.

ACRATHANE COLORSEAL and CLEAR SEAL are premium qual-ity, solid color deck sealers designed for application over our KRETE KOTE System. Can be used over old Kool-Deck type ma-terials. Heavy bodied material, rolled (or sprayed) in two coats to seal decks. Withstands all harsh pool chemicals and heavy com-mercial foot traffic. Water base material for easy clean up. Cov-erage is 300 to 400 sf per gallon per coat.

STUCCO BASE is an acrylic base exterior stucco mix for vertical exterior walls. Used as a component of our Multi-Tex, Hard Coat and ICF Stucco systems. Available in Smooth, Medium or Coarse textures to accommodate most types of design finishes. Supplied in a white base and furnished with a color bottle for each pail. Coverage range of 70 to 125 SF per pail depending upon texture.

BG2000 is a one coat spray on (or roll on with two coats) waterproofing membrane designed for below grade applications. A thick rubber like membrane that is extremely flexible and durable. Coverage is 35 to 45 SF per gallon per coat.

MULASTICOAT WATERPROOFING is a roll on, waterproof-ing membrane. Supplied in a ready-to-use pail, roll or spray. Ideal for basements, shower pans, above grade decks, under layments, etc. Coverage is 80 to 100 SF per gallon per coat.

SEAL BRITE is a VOC compliant, clear seal that works as a color enhancer on colored cementitious surfaces such as over our Multi-Stain System. Makes the sealed area take on a wet appearance. Coverage is 250 to 300 SF per gallon.

MICRO TOPPING SEALER is a system of two components; an epoxy filler and a clear top coat finish for interior applications. The epoxy fills in the surface for a smoother feel and the clear locks eve-rything into place. Furnished in a kit with Part “A” and “B” mixed together on the job. Each “kit” will cover 250 to 300 SF.

AQUA PROOF is a Do-It-Yourself waterproofing material for small fountains, water features and ponds. Simply roll on one or two coats. Variety of colors available. One Gallon will cover 50 SF.

STITCH BOND POLYESTER FABRIC is used as a rein-forcing material in our Mulasticoat waterproofing sys-tems, to create flashing around penetrations. 6” wide, or 12” wide by 324 lf.

ADHESIVE BACKED TEMPLATES are used to create patterns in overlay systems. Great for vertical stucco applications. Cre-ate the look of brick, stone, tile, etc., without the cost. Single use, peel the release paper, stick to the surface and overcoat.

DESIGN TAPE is a fiberglass thread monofilament strap-ping tape used to create patterns in overlays. Great for use on steps and to supplement in conjunction with our templates. Thin but strong enough to pull through dried coatings.

LASTO DRAIN is a system of drainage mats and drain-age systems for moving water away from below grade walls. Replace drain board and pipe and gravel sys-tems.

STAMP MATS are used to create the look of stone in freshly poured concrete and overlay stamp projects. Borderless mats with handles make placement and movement of these a snap. Start and stop anywhere you need to.

SPRAY GUNS are the staple tool to create the look of the Knock Down Finish. Powered by an air compressor, pull the trigger and it does the work. Great for spraying our SCRATCH KOTE 2000 and STUCCO MIX.

STAMP RELEASE, (or commonly known as bubble gum re-lease) is used to coat the stamp mats to prevent them from sticking to the stamp material. Spray on for most effective application method. Will cover approximately 250 to 300 SF per gallon.

GAUGE RAKES are used to spread cementitious mate-rial to an exact thickness. The cams are replaceable and interchangeable to different thickness. 2’ wide for quick material spread and 10” wide for detail work ar-eas like steps and risers.

SPIKE SHOES are used by overlay technicians and pool plas-terers to be able to stand in wet material without leaving foot prints. One size fits all, plastic platform with strap buckles to hold them over your shoes.

ROLLER COVERS, ROLLER FRAMES, 2” & 4” BRUSHES and POLES are all quality accessory items that we stock as a convenience for you.

POOL TROWELS, stainless steel round end and NO BURN trowels are the tools of choice for overlay mechanics.

5” CAGE MIXER, is used with a 1/2” high RPM Drill motor to mix our dry mix materials. Manufactured to Multicoat’s specs for quick mixing with little air entrapment in the mix.

FIBERGLASS MESH is a woven, 6x6 alkali resistant fiberglass mesh used in the ICF Stucco System. It is designed to be a reinforcing mate-rial to add strength to the coatings. Furnished in a roll 38” wide x 150’ length.

MAGIC TROWELS are tools used to spread our Micro Topping and KRETE KOTE/TOP COAT materials quickly while standing and without leaving trowel marks in the surface. Available in 24” wide, accepts most screw in poles.
