With new product projects tracked via individual Excel spreadsheets and MS Project, sourcing real-time status updates could be a complex and time-consuming process. Without access to real-time data on budget or lifecycle status, allocating resources to the right channels was incredibly diffi cult.

“Being in the public eye means that if we fail to deliver a product on-time it could adversely affect our reputation and our revenue,” reveals Shortall. “We needed to streamline project management to ensure we could deliver new products on time, to budget and effi ciently.”
