Polonyna Runa is located in the geographical center of Europe, close to the centers of Western Ukraine: Uzhhorod (45 km) and Lviv (217 km). The park's route territory reaches more than 150 km of hiking and cycling tracks.

ECOLOGY

Polonyna Runa is part of one of the most ecologically clean regions of Ukraine and Eastern Europe. That is why the spontaneous tourism of Ukrainian and foreign visitors thrives in this territory.

THE IDEA

• The idea is to create a thematic eco-park "Polonyna Runa", which will become the most successful and visited eco-park of Ukraine for both Ukrainians and guests from other countries.

• The project will be implemented through assistance of local authorities, volunteers, sponsors, local entrepreneurs and fund raising funds - Crowdfunding.

• Necessary investments will help to clean up rubbish, create navigation: information signs, necessary tourist infrastructure and activate Polonyna Runa promotion within Ukraine and foreign countries.

THE TASKS OF THE PROJECT

• Development and popularization of civilized eco-tourism in Ukraine on the basis of "Polonyna Runa";

• Transformation of Polonyna Runa into a modern, health-improving eco-park, using examples of successful tools of existing eco-parks in the world;

• Positioning Polonyna-Runa as places of concentration of ethnic and authentic roots in the region: a fabulous, mysterious, forgotten world of Slavic ancient knowledge, culture; natural workshop, people forgotten to know (herbalists, fortunetellers, etc.);

• Increasing the flow of tourists to Polonyna Runa;

• Attracting public and media attention;

• Filling Polonyna Runa with events, local festivals and existing migratory festivals,

training for forgotten crafts, providing the necessary staff and infrastructure.

Description: The quest will be based on the mythical world of Lesya Ukrainka's "Forest Song". The task is to find the treasure hidden by Mavka - the Queen of the Forest. During the quest, a lot of fabulous creatures, trials and tasks will appear on the way of the participants. Mechanics: All team’ members will be divided into Foresters and Headquarters. . 1. The headquarters must promptly indicate the tasks and pass them to the Foresters; 2. Foresters move as fast as possible through the locations and points of the quest, and

dump tasks to headquarters using radio. On the second day, team members are changing.
