    com m unities in Rakhine State.

    H e said the plan w ill involve

    changing peoples prejudices,

    program ofbirth control.

    H e said the governm ent

    is spending about U S $1 m illion

    per m onth providing food to

    refugees, and that it now

    requ ires abou t $65 m illion for

    Prim e Minister during 54 years since diplom atic relation betw een the tw o countries,for boosting the tw o

    countrieseconom ic and social cooperation ties at Presidential Residence at N aypyidaw on N ovem ber 22.

    In the m eeting,Myanm ar President explained about the political,econom ic and social reform process and

    urged N ew Zealand Prim e Minister for m ore investm ent in the sectors especially in offshore fishery,hydro-

    pow er generation,health,education,and m ining sectors. N ew Zealands prim e m inister responded that

    they w ill try to open an em bassy in Myanm ar and w ill help prom ote rural developm ent and food security as

    w ell as investing in education,technology and capacity building. H e also announced $ 7 m illion aid pack-

    According to press release ofInform ation Team ,the Auditor G eneral ofthe U nion and region and

    State level auditor general offices audited the accounts of departm ents and organizations and that of

    respective regions for 2011-2012 fiscal year and has found that Regarding the budget for expenditure for

    2011-2012 fiscal year,15 m inistries and 47 departm ents and service organizations had already repaid K

    17426.772 m illion and USD 162,322.290 out ofK 58,398.810 m illion and USD 232,977.310 to the State in

    accord w ith the im portant findings from 1 April 2011 to 30 Septem ber 2012. The rem aining am ount of

    m oney to be repaid is K 40,828.122 m illion and U SD 70,655.020. The am ount ofm oney to be repaid due to

    President U Thein Sein sent m essage to Speaker ofPyidaungsu H luttaw regarding enacting H luttaw

    law s,2012 Pyithu H luttaw bill and 2012 Am yothar H luttaw bill. The president replied w ith 10 rem arks on the

    tw o bills. The H luttaw agreed tw o points of ten presidents rem arks and sent back to the President on

    18.11.2012. Still,the President delivered a m essage to Speaker ofPyidaungsu H luttaw that som e ofthe

    points in the bills need to be consistent w ith the Constitution and encourage Check and Balance am ong thethree branches ofthe countrys sovereignty.

    Myanm ar has been trying to engage not only w ith the leaders from ASEAN and Asia-Pacific regions

    for m ore econom ic cooperations,official capacity building and hum anitarian assistance. The visit ofUnited

    States President Mr. Barak O bam a to Myanm ar is historic and signal for the im portance ofMyanm ar in the

    region both geopolitically and econom ically. It also show s Myanm ar is on the right track w ith rapid

    dem ocratization reform . Furtherm ore,H luttaw s have been m aking,am ending law s and discussing im portant

    proposals focusing on rebuilding ofthe states political structure and econom ic environm ent. In this situation,

    it is recom m ended by the experts that national reconciliation process w ith ethnic arm ed groups should be

    handled very carefully so that it lasts sustainable and peaceful environm ent to becom e a a prosperous state

    in the future
