WARRANTIES: All PT shirts carry a standard 30 washes warranty against the following: 1. Collar and cuffs. 2. Fabric color will not fade. 3. The contrast color(s) will not bleed. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: PT shirts have a standard 2 days checking warranty against the following issues: 1. The size is wrong (Size is not which was ordered). 2. The fabric is faulty. 3. Wrong shirt delivered. Should you find any issue in both regards, you can contact us on Facebook and provide us with the snaps of the issue along with your contact number, invoice number, name and date of ordering. We will look into the matter ASAP and proceed with the replacement if necessary. UNACCEPTABLE CASES FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES: PT will not entertain any of the following issues: 1. Mistakenly placed order for a wrong size. 2. I wear the same size of other brand and it fits me well. Your size is (either) tight (or) loose. a. Kindly note: Though we follow International standards, brand sizes may still vary. We will not guarantee that our size will fit you well in the same size of some other brand. Kindly check our size chart before placing your order. 3. Forgot to mention a specific measurement and now the shirt is (either) tight (or) loose from that area. 4. Didn’t like the order when after it arrived and hence returning/returned back. a. If the customer denied the parcel on site it will not be accepted. The customer will have to pay and accept the parcel.b. If the customer returned the parcel in such case, it will blacklist the customer in our database and the customer will no longer be able to avail Cash on Delivery (COD) service from us in his/her future purchases. All future purchases will be accepted via 100% Advance Payment only.5. The customer is obliged to pay before opening the box. You cannot open the box if you have not yet paid for it. In case you have any concerns, you have 2 days checking warranty for your order.

REFUNDS:Refunds are currently not possible at PT.

CONDITIONAL CASES:PT will or will not entertain the following cases depending upon the condition / situation:

Q: I wasnt at home at the time the courier agent arrived and now the parcel has been sent back to Prestigious Threads. Now that my parcel has been sent back, how can I get it again?

A: There is one way you can avail the parcel again. You will be provided with a new invoice number and your order will now carry delivery charges from the previous order which was returned to us. Delivery charges will vary depending upon the amount of shirts ordered.

Q: I ordered a Custom / Bespoke shirt which was made as accordance as per your own default size chart. No custom measurements were included in the order. Can I return it and avail a replacement?

A: If the shirt is still packed and unused, you can return the order and ask for a replacement shirt. Please be advised that you will have to bear the delivery charges of the new replacement shirt which you wish to be replaced with your order.
