Narrative: RP requesting extra patrols in the area of Highland Ave/Draper Ave. after observing two B/Ms that appeared to be casing houses in the neighborhood earlier this week. Two were described as B/Ms with dreadlocks, possibly in their 20s.

Narrative: RP called 911 to request a ride home to his residence on Maple St. from the area of Oakland/Francis. Ofc. Trudell & Kennedy enroute.

Narrative: Area search negative. Officers on arrival at residence on Maple St. can hear someone snoring inside but are uable to raise anyone despite yelling into the open window from which the snoring noise came.

Narrative: Ofc. Kennedy made entry through the window and woke the party from a sleep. This party is the RP's brother. House checks negative for the RP.
