Company Profile

Established in 2000, Polestar Marine Engineering Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) has conclusively

proven through the years that when it comes to professional quality of work and

service, big is not necessarily the best. Starting as a medium-sized marine engineering

company competing with larger companies in the marine industry, Polestar Marine

has built its reputation on quality service and takes great pride in delivering high

quality workmanship right on time.

Polestar Marine is also striving to grow its business in oil and gas services and

engineering industry; to identify and participate in opportunities in the oil and gas

industry. Because Polestar Marine's engineering capabilities and quality systems are

industry independent, we have the luxury and versatility of developing business in a

wide variety of industries.

Our facilities consist of a workshop and office floor area of 1500 sq metres, workshop

height of 11 metres, and a warehouse area of 900 sq metres. The level of job

satisfaction amongst the 25 qualified and skilled staff is high, so much so that over

80% of the original staff complements are still working for Polestar Marine. Staffs are

continuously selected to be trained in Japan and local institutions for further

acquisition off skills and knowledge to improve our service, efficiency and quality.

Our parent company Polestar Marine Engineering Co., Ltd (Japan) has been

established since 1976 as a low temperature welding specialist. They have been in

the marine engineering field ever since, providing clients with assistance,

consultation and problem-solving and achieving class approvals from LR, NK, DNV,

JG, ABS, BV and GL throughout the years.
