Columbus is home to 2 million shoppers; the best library, science
center and zoo in the country; and Polaris Fashion Place. Although
Columbus is the 15th largest city and 4th largest capital in the country,
it still feels like a friendly Midwestern hometown. It’s been named
one of the seven smartest cities in the world, the #1 city for startups,
and has been recognized by National Geographic, Forbes, and Time
Magazine for its people and its culture.
With 122,000 new jobs and a 6% population increase in the last
5 years, Columbus is quickly becoming a place for a young and
affluent population to plant roots.
Columbus offers:
• Low cost of living
• Exciting career opportunities
• Top-notch schools and universities
• Championship-winning sports teams
Five Fortune 500 companies and numerous other major businesses
have headquarters and offices in Columbus. JPMorgan Chase Bank
Corporate Center is just a half mile from Polaris Fashion Place, and
L Brands, Victoria’s Secret, Express, Abercrombie & Fitch, and
Designer Shoe Warehouse all have headquarters nearby. More than
60 universities educate 136,000 students per year, and the Columbus
Blue Jackets hockey team, the Columbus Clippers baseball team, and
the Ohio State Buckeyes keep the athletic community spirit thriving.
The Columbus region sees 40 million visitors per year, and 29% of its
tourist dollars comes from retail spending. With this in mind, Polaris
Fashion Place is poised to attract shoppers from around the country
as well as its own backyard.

LOCATION
The power of Polaris Fashion Place is its location. If Columbus were a clock, Polaris Fashion Place would be at 12:00. The mixed-use lifestyle destination, with both open air and enclosed formats, is located in southern Delaware County, one of the U.S.’s fastest-growing areas and one of the nation’s wealthiest counties. Situated just 2 miles north of Interstate 270 on Interstate 71, Polaris Fashion Place is within 20 minutes of all major Central Ohio hubs, including downtown Columbus and The Ohio State University. It is also within 2 hours of Cleveland and Cincinnati. In addition, Polaris Fashion Place is just 20 minutes—all freeway—from John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Interstate 71’s high traffic volume provides tremendous visibility to the property, with upwards of 135,000 cars daily passing by, in addition to the over 58,000 cars and 35,000 cars driving by each day on nearby Polaris Parkway and Gemini Place. Development of the surrounding area has exploded over the past 2 decades, with over 4 million square feet of nearby office space. Over 180 nearby companies currently employ over 25,000 people, and the area is poised for sustained growth with room to add an additional 4 million square feet of office space. The catchment area within 20 miles is expected to grow from 1.4 million to over 1.5 million people in the next 5 years.

We are focused on the unique experience we create at each of our town centers. By providing a mix of things to do and things to buy, our properties deliver the right combination of tenants, activities and events to keep shoppers engaged and returning often.
Our centers serve as incubators for new and growing brands that want to test in new markets. Our exclusive eCommerce platform, Tangible, illustrates that retail is no longer defined by four walls. In addition to traditional bricks and mortar, we allow tenants access to our entire portfolio via targeted digital media strategies, unique sponsorhsip opportunities and pop-up shops.
We support local and curate accordingly.
Between concert series, well-being initiatives, common area activations and dynamic programming, our portfolio-wide event cadence creates and drives traffic to our properties.
We engage our shoppers in person and online. In addition to property activations, we have broad national reach via our digital and social platforms.
