Pacific NorthWest Motorcycle Safety has a strict "8 days from the class" cancellation and/or reschedule policy. Ifyou need to cancel your registration or reschedule we must hear from you more than 8 days prior to the class

start hour/date. If you don't contact us or call more than 8 days before your class starts, any money paid for aclass will be forfeit and there will be NO refunds.

You have paid for a reserved seat in a specific class, on specific dates and times. Prior to your class date we mustpurchase insurance for that class, ensure that a properly operating motorcycle* is ready for you to use, and

prepare all of the required state paperwork for your endorsement waiver**. In other words, we have spent

money on you before the first session even begins.***) If you do not make arrangements with us earlier than 8

days before your class start date and do not show up for the class or do not complete the class, for any reason,

we cannot refund your money or reschedule you.

Any student deemed unsafe, whose operation of the motorcycle could result in injury to themselves or anotherstudent, will be required to leave the riding portion of the program. There will be no refunds of the registration

    fee.

Class sessions are subject to rescheduling due to conditions beyond our control. In most cases classes continueeven through inclement weather. If, in the interests of safety, the class needs to be postponed or cancelled for

any reason, that decision will be made by your Instructor at the time the class session is to begin. You MUST stil

show up for the class. For classes that are postponed or cancelled, we will reschedule you in a later class at no

    additional cost.

There is no guarantee of graduation from any of our classes. You must complete each riding exercise and meetthe objective in order to proceed to the next one. You must complete them all, and pass both the written test

and skills evaluation with a score of 80% or better in order to graduate.** If a student demonstrates that they

are not physically or emotionally able to ride a motorcycle safely, the student will be dropped from the riding

activities. This decision is at the discretion of your Instructor.

Participation in this course requires physical stamina, motor coordination, and mental alertness. Theundersigned does hereby attest that he/she has no known physical or mental limitations and has not used any

form of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs that could impair his/her performance in this course.
