Now, with one year’s successful operation completed, Helping Hands has a team of five dedicated service providers, all passionate about service excellence which is delivered with warmth, sincerity, professionalism and personal integrity. “As we enter our second year we are thrilled to be able to expand our services to include professional nursing”, says Janette. “The continuum of care which nursing offers provides peace of mind for clients and their families. Having professional nursing services now enables us to meet even more of our clients’ needs and touch their lives in very practical and deeply personal ways. Whether a client uses our services for personal companionship, social outings, errands and transport, home help or full nursing care, our team is committed to providing the kind of service interaction which leaves clients feeling cared for and special – adding an extra dimension of quality to their daily lives. Developing a personal relationship with clients through a one-on-one service interaction with the same team member for each appointment is an integral component of our business. I feel honoured to have such a great group of ladies on board – each one hand-picked for their wonderful personality, unique qualities and varied talents. We are a dedicated group with a wonderful synergy, which translates into great teamwork. We love interacting in seniors’ lives, providing the extra help necessary to maximize independence and enhance their lifestyle. We have made some very special friendships with our clients and look forward to many more over the coming years. This isn’t just a business – it’s a personal calling, and we feel privileged to provide such a worthwhile and necessary service throughout Greater Victoria.” Helping Hands PSS Ltd.
