Panelist: Martina Jaegers, PMP, is an IT Senior Project Manager at The Sherwin-Williams Company. Though a thirteen year veteran project manager, Martina is an Agile “newbie” who has embraced it’s principles and practices. She’s a member of a pilot Agile team being coached by consultants, is currently leading the team, and looks forward to growing agile within the organization. Martina is happy to share her experiences and eager to exchange ideas.

Panelist: Laura Hind, PMP, is a Project Manager and part of the IT PMO at MTD Products since 2010. She’s had 12+ years of experience in project management, IT release and quality management in the finance sector using Agile since 2005 to improve oversee development and team collaboration. She is certified PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) since 2011 and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) since 2007.

Panelist: Bob Zoller, PMP, is a Project Management and PMO consultant with 25 years IT experience including technical roles and PMO roles. He has PMP and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) credentials. He has worked at a variety of organizations in the area, with industry experience in manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and insurance. His Agile project experience includes the Scrum style as well as waterfall/iterative combinations. He has been a member of the chapter since 2006, and has supported the chapter in roles in the membership and member services areas. Bob is contracted currently at Progressive Insurance.

PMI-ACP = Agile Certified Practitioner (2,000 certified so far)

Requirement Description

Educational Level

• Secondary degree (high school or equivalent) or higher

General Project Experience

• 2,000 hours working on project teams, within 5 years

- OR - • PMP or PgMP certification

Agile Project Experience

• 1,500 hours working on Agile teams, within 3 years • This is in addition to General Project Experience

Training • 21 contact hours in agile practices

Application Fee • $435 for PMI members • $495 for non-members

Exam • Pass a 3-hour multiple-choice examination

Maintenance • 30 PDUs per 3 years, in agile principles and practices

• These PDUs can also count towards PMP and PgMP
