[email protected] w. www.prolec.co.uk BASIC FUNCTIONALITY PME400 is designed to control the movement of a machine in all planes; vertical and horizontal providing a 3D envelope of control around the machine. Offering multiple options for control, this system combines the slew sensing of PME300 with the 2D envelope monitoring of PME100 in one integrated solution. As for other systems using PME this system comes with a high resolution, daylight-viewable screen/input device allowing multiple configurations of the envelope to be described, monitored and controlled. Optional motion cuts on any hydraulic service are possible allowing both monitoring and control on the machine movement. u Mapable and expandable I/O on controller.u Smart override monitors signals from key-switch to controller allowing context specific control.u Multiple sensor types available depending on machine size, shape and configuration.u Fully sealed sensors with CAN cabling provide superior reliability and signal clarity.u Simple plug and go M12 connectors for input and output.u Tamper evident connectors show ID on screen on failure/disconnect.

Set-up and Machine Data

u CAN sensor input with separable ID on each component.u 4GB storage of operating data (approx 12 months usage). Download to remote PCs as required.u Configurator allowing input of machine data off site and upload to machine on install.u Default settings shipped with each system can be reconfigured as needed.
