Staff Involvement
Do faculty, school counselors and other school advisors, mentors, and area career centers jointly work with all students on career planning?
Grade Level Group or Individual Participation
What system is in place that allows for meaningful individual advisement to take place including a student, parent
counselor-adviser conference and regular review of the personal plan of study?
Review
Is the personal plan of study reviewed and updated at least annually with active student and parent involvement?
Parental Involvement
Do parents meet at least annually with their student and school staff to develop, review and revise the personal plan of study?
Is a parent signature required on the personal plan of study for the student to be enrolled and before changes can be made?
Academic and Interest Assessments
Are student assessments/ interest inventories and academic results interpreted with parent & student
