MASS ON THE GRASSwill take place this year on Sunday, June 19. As you know we normally have a Bar-B-Que at this time and so we need numbers to help us in ordering hamburgers and hot dogs. There are sign up sheets at the entrances and we would ask that you sign up with the number of hot dogs and or hamburgers you will need. Also indicate if you are able to bring a salad. Please indicate the number in your party as well.If you would like to assist with the hospitality, please call the office – 232-5347 You might want to bring lawn chairs as seating is limited.

UNDERSTANDING THE BIBLETexts from the Bible, the word of God, are proclaimed at every Eucharistic celebration. Yet we often know little of the place and context of those texts within the Bible as a whole. How does a 21st century mind find relevancy and meaning in literature written over 2000 years ago? Join Pierre LaViolette, parishioner and part-time lecturer at Saint Paul U, in an exploration of the What? Who? Where? When? How?
