Strategy/Action Steps
● Describes specific steps school personnel will take to implement the initiative● Includes high quality professional learning aligned to initiative
Measurement ● Specifies what evidence will be analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the implementation step (note - may be qualitative or quantitative)
Resources ● Must include cost/resources needed for the action step, including anticipated source of funding
Position Responsible
● Describes which position(s) will be responsible for implementing the action step(s); may be at the district or site level
● Note who will collect and analyze evidence of implementation
Timeline ● Specifies the dates when each action step will take place● Identifies a logical sequence of action steps
Alignment ● Check for alignment between goal, initiative, action steps,monitoring, and timeline
