Welcome to Player Gifting and Corporate Sales at the University Golf Club.
As part of the event hosting experience at UGC, we are here to assist you by looking after your event’s player gifting and prize table needs. No matter the size of your group, our Corporate Sales Director will work with you on the concept, planning and execution of a unique gifting and prizing program specifically designed for your upcoming event.
THE SHOP at UGC is an exclusive TaylorMade-adidas Golf concept store, the only one of its kind in Canada. We deliver a premium shopping experience, featuring the wide range of products from TaylorMade, adidas, Ashworth and other great golfing brands. TaylorMade-adidas Golf is the only golf company able to offer a complete line-up of golf, lifestyle and athletic products, many of which can be custom logo’d with your event name or corporate branding.
To assist you, some of the services we provide include a personalised consultation and shopping experience for you, the Tournament Coordinator, at either THE SHOP or through our virtual online catalogue. We then take care of all logistics, from ordering, shipping, custom branding, storage, setup and display, plus we can provide staff or brand representatives to assist with the player gifting experience on event day. Our goal is to help you develop a custom merchandise concept to match the vision and budget of your unique event, all at a very competitive price.

As part of the Event Hosting experience at University Golf Club, we have a gift for you.
Throughout the 2016 season, each tournament group booking of at least 32 golfers or more will receive a
fantastic gift from THE SHOP at UGC.
For tournament packages of 32 golfers or more, your group will receive a stylish adidas heather duffle (msrp
$150). For full 144 player tournament packages, your group will receive a TaylorMade M2 Driver (msrp $499).
New for 2016, if you choose, you can credit the retail value of either item towards a player gifting or
corporate sales order at THE SHOP at UGC. Please inquire for further information.

A Personalised Consultation and Shopping Experience
Whether at THE SHOP at UGC, or via our virtual catalogue, we take the time to show you products which match your events unique vision, budget and merchandising requirements. We offer golf and lifestyle products your guests will be excited to receive and provide opportunities for your custom event, corporate and sponsor branding.
Competitive Pricing and Coordinated Billing
THE SHOP at UGC has a great partnership with TaylorMade-adidas Golf, along with many other golf brands which allows us to provide very competitive pricing on all products. To keep things simple, your merchandising order can be applied to the total event invoice.
All Planning and Logistics
Once you have decided on a player gifting and prize table plan, our team will take care of all logistics. This includes ordering product, shipping to our facility, custom branding if required, storage and setup on event day. We can even utilize industry contacts and brand representatives to further the gifting experience on event day.

the Lower Mainland. Let us work with you to help your
event stand out and be recognized as one of the most
memorable this season.
Our team can provide value added experiences as part
of your unique merchandising plan. This could include
brand representatives to help with the distribution of
player gifting on event day, a custom fitting experience
at the driving range for the entire roster of golfers, or
pre-round VIP Golf Clinics or on-course instruction and
games with our top ranked PGA of Canada Instructors.
We are only limited by your imagination.
On the Day
Not only do we take care of all logistics and planning
leading up to event day, we are there to help ensure
your event day runs smoothly. At UGC, tournaments
and events are our business.
We will ensure your merchandise is set up and
displayed professionally before your guests arrive. All
you have to do is distribute the gifts or prizing based on
your event’s plan and schedule. It really is that easy.
