Platoon Kunsthalle is situated right in the middle of Berlin's vibrant centre. Within walking distance are some of the city's most popular shopping malls, along with the best contemporary restaurants, bars and clubs.Also close are Hackescher Markt, the iconic TV Tower and Alexanderplatz.
Mitte is home to some of Berlin's most exciting cultural venues and galleries, the budding start-up scene and the city's creative agencies.

The PLATOON KUNSTHALLE BERLIN program reflects the diverse creative and artistic movements happening worldwide in contemporary culture. Since opening in July 2012 it has presented a variety of public and private event formats at an international level.
Almost daily, the program alternates between exhibitions, workshops, panel discussions, performances, and other events.
The creative scenes, brands and the media immediately accepted this new, temporary location, and enjoy its unique vitality and versatility.

PLATOON KUNSTHALLE SEOUL received the German Design Award 2011 for this architectural style.
