• Only 1 registration per UTR / Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations in 1 transfer, it would be considered as Trade Registration and fees would apply accordingly• Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit• Registration DD will be reached to the APICON 2020 Secretariat o�ce within the 10 days of the DD issuing date via speed post or registered post. • DD will be issued from the same city bank branch, where the delegate belongs.

charged» Refund includes only the registation base amount and

Cancellation/Refund Policy for APICON 2020
1. Conference Registration is Mandatory for all delegates including children above the age of 5 years
2. Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area3. Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar Coded) in the conference area
4. Preferred mode of payment: Cash, Card, Net-Banking and Demand Draft
5. Registration is non transferable
6. Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration
7. PG Students to submit letter from HOD - Head of Department / Institute
8. Please mention your registration number in all transactions
9. Registration confirmation letter along with Registration ID would be sent to you within 30 days after receipt of your payment10. All Remittance / Bank Charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate
11. Children Less than 5 years of age must be registered (Free to Charge) for logistic / Security reasons
12. For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash / credit card
13. For spot registrations, Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability14. Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered de legate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit would be handed over to any repre-
sentative authorized by the Registered Delegate with copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt
15. Entry to the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event
16. Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
17. Organizer will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
18. Post conference no kit, CME book, Abstract book or any workshop material will be disbursed to the
delegate / associate delegate / PG student
19. Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference, refund of payment will not be processed online
20. Online registration will be closed on 15th December 2019. Further registration will start at the conference venue
as “Spot Registration” category only.

Agra is one of the most popular tourist destination in India. It is renowned for being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal. It is as loved by Indians as it is by foreigners who throng here in large numbers to admire its beauty. Along with Delhi and Jaipur, Agra forms the Golden Triangle of tourism in India. Situated in Uttar Pradesh, Agra is synonymous with the Taj Mahal however there’s lot more to the city than this world-famous monument.
AGRA FORTAnother architectural jewel in this city is the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built by Mughal Emperor Akbar with the help of 4,000 workers who worked for eight years to finish its construction in 1573. Agra Fort is made of red sandstone and was the seat of the Mughal Empire.
Agra is well-connected by road, rail and air with most parts of the country as it is a prime tourist destination. Interestingly, it is 335 km away from the state capital Lucknow and only 233 km away from Delhi. The city is on the banks of the River Yamuna and enjoys a healthy influx of tourists all year round.

MATHURA The birthplace of Lord Krishna is visited and re-visited by thousands of people from all corners of the country and abroad. It is a landlocked city with Agra. This city boasts of an illustrative history that is marked with gripping stories, legends and events.
FATEHPUR SIKRIOne of Emperor Akbar’s pet projects was building a walled city a little away from Agra. He called it Fatehpur Sikri and even ruled here for some-time before he was forced to move out due to shortage of water supply.Nevertheless, the surviving monuments tell a tale of his valour and great work. One of the best architectural wonders of Fatehpur Sikri is the Buland Darwaza, a grand gateway to the walled city.
VRINDAVANFor devotees of Krishna, the next stop is Vrindavan that is 55 km away from Agra. If Mathura was the birthplace of Krishna, Vrindavan was where he grew up. The entire city is a pilgrimage and one of the oldest cities in the world. The ISKCON Group that has temples across India has one in Vrindavan too. Singing and dancing in praise of Krishna is quite common here.
