Who Will Support My Transition tothe TargetSolutions Platform?With TargetSolutions, you will have adedicated account manager to helpyou during the transition and ongoingutilization of the TargetSolutionsplatform. In addition to the accountmanager, TargetSolutions offers sup-port 24/7 at (800) 840-8048, acomprehensive online help system,live-chat functionality during normalbusiness hours, and regularly sched-uled webinars. If you have any ques-tions, we are here to help.

Will my current contract with CiNet(FETN/LETN) need to be changedwhen I switch to TargetSolutions?No. TargetSolutions will honor your de-partment’s current contract. Prior toexpiration, you may receive a new con-tract for your TargetSolutions licenserenewal. The new contract may be nec-essary to adjust the terms, durationand pricing you need going forward.

Are TargetSolutions’ Online TrainingCourses Accredited?Yes, TargetSolutions is accredited inthe various industries it serves bymore than 100 agencies across theUnited States.

Why Is Accreditation Important toYour Fire Department? You can use TargetSolutions to renewyour EMS or fire certification. Target-Solutions offers accredited continu-ing education for all EMS providerlevels in 49 of the 50 states, with thelone exception being Wyoming. Tar-getSolutions is also accredited inseveral states for fire recertification,including Florida, Georgia, Iowa,Ohio, Tennessee and Texas. When Will FETN’s Online Training

Courses Become Available Insidethe TargetSolutions Platform?TargetSolutions is in the process ofevaluating all of FETN’s online train-ing courses and videos and prioritiz-ing the migration into theTargetSolutions library. TargetSolu-tions is extremely excited to have theability to combine FETN content withTargetSolutions content, creating anonline training library that is secondto none. It will take some time towork through this process, but Tar-getSolutions will keep you updatedwith the progress.

Can I Stay on CiNow If I’m NotReady to Switch Over to TargetSolu-tions?It is the intention of TargetSolutionsto sunset the CiNow platform by June3, 2014. TargetSolutions is encour-aging clients to make the transitionASAP so they experience no interup-tion to their service.
