PRESIDENT:Paolo Luces

My main goals for the org next year is to develop first theHR department and the continuance of a growing member base.

To do this, advocacy within the school should be focused upon togain recognition within the student body and promote Baliklaya’score competencies to fellow students.




FINANCE OFFICER:Erika Barredo

• Creation of a Marketing Committee that aims to build strongrelationships with sponsor organizations to help augmentBaliklaya’s financial resources

• Improvement of financial literacy within the organizationthrough the formation of a systemized finance committee

• Grooming of future leaders through extensive taskdelegation and mentorship programs




VP FOR FUNDRAISING:Elaine Pineda

Fundraising for Fun raising Better Living Conditions




DIRECTOR FOR LOGISTICS:Kristine Felix

As a Freedom Fighter, I believe that a Freedom Fightershould not hesitate to fight for freedom, even in speech. I want tohelp all the members to have the courage to voice out theiropinions and to combat groupthink. I want everyone (membersand non-members alike) to know what we are fighting for and tobe more open minded towards our advocacy.

Baliklaya has the means to effectively fight for the advocacythrough the different projects. We just have to know how to make

the most out of our available resources. As a Candidate forDirector for Logistics, I want to be able to help push through withthe projects through taking care of the requirements andnecessities for the different projects. By making use of theavailable resources, I believe we would have the means of pushing through with the projects through successful




reservations of transportation and venues, as well as the food tobe given to the inmates and the members.

DIRECTOR FOR ADVERTISING:Angelica Allado

+ Project revamps (in terms of promotions and follow-ups; morein-depth brainstorming on improvements and ideas)+ A more established image (inside campus)+ More effective processing sessions




DIRECTOR FOR HUMAN RESOURCES:Rhett Gaerlan

I aim to:Improve the “family system”-closer membership ties-better relationships with fellow Baliklaya members

-serve as the foundation especially for new Baliklaya membersthat want to get involvedEnsure proper information dissemination-systematic way of informing members of org activities (throughthe family system, text/e-mail blasts)-keeping the members updated with the org’s progressEncourage active member participation




-Start during recruitment week-Retention system; at the same time, a lot of projectopportunities for its members-Project manager trainings-Advocacy talks, information seminars (tie-ups with Advocacy)
