To convert 20 Kg plastic oil 0.3% catalyst is required. 20Kg Plastic + 0.3% catalyst is feed.

Product :- 20% Gas (C2 H4, CH3, Co2)

70% oil Mixture Cn Hcn, C2, H2 

10% (Carbon Solid)

Caloric value 11,000/-

Feed: 20 Kg per feed / Mixture of plastic

Overall reaction :- Input out put

(20 Kg Plastic mixture Catalysis (oil(70%) +(20%) gas + (10%)solid )

300’c to 350’c 

(20 Kg Plaster  –  14 liter Gil, 4 liter gas 2 kg carbon powder.)

To convert 20 Kg plastic oil 0.3% catalyst is required.

20Kg Plastic + 0.3% catalyst is feed.

14.liter - oil  –  4 litter Gas + 2 Kg Carbon solid

Per day: - 8 hrs operation

Total input :-150 Kg / Hr/batch X8X 70% oil.

Per day: - 840 Liter –  oil can be produced from 1200 Kg

1200 Kg plastic/ day  120 kg Carbon solids

240 liter  –  Gas.

Energy balance

To heat 3000C to 3500c energy required (intension of oil)

12 to 15 liter Diesel per batch to pimp oil and strange 20 energy resumption
