Polypropylene Strapping is the economical strapping option for light to medium duty unitizing, palletizing and bundling. Our poly strapping is embossed for strengthened seal joints and increased split resistance. The core sizes are 16x6” and 9/8x8”. Polypropylene offers higher elongation and elongation recovery properties to ensure secure packaging for shipping and storage.
Polyester StrappingOne of the strongest plastic strapping products, polyester strapping works as an alternative to steel strapping for industries such as brick, lumber and textiles. Polyester will stay tight on rigid loads while still absorbing impact without snapping due to its specific tension properties.Cores are 16x6”.

SCRIM PAPER VAPOR BARRIER
PAPER PRODUCTSAt Complete Packaging Products, we carry a full array of paper products for use in packaging and shipping. Need to wrap your shipment or protect layers of strapping from moisture and vapor seepage? Use our kraft paper vapor barriers, poly-coated kraft paper sheets, or corrugated barriers for maximum strength, durability, and protection!
Poly Coated Kraft PaperHeavier duty protection from water, grease and oil. Virgin kraft paper coated with gloss poly on one side. Recommended for protecting metal parts and tools. Poly coating provides added tear strength.
Single Face Corrugated Flexible PaperSingle Face Corrugated conforms to all shapes and sizes. Single Face is kraft “B” flute corrugated. Approx. 1/8” flutes provide shock absorbing cushioning. Use to protect wood or carpet flooring during construction. Great for protecting metal or glass parts from scratching and breakage.
Scrim Paper for Steel WrapScrim is a white, poly coated, 50 lb. natural kraft paper reinforced with tri-directional scrim.
Vapor BarriersOur vapor Barriers are paper products used to separate items or loads and prevent moisture seepage between layers of a package.

STRAPPING SEALS
Complete Packaging Products steel strapping is available as shown on the chart. Our steel strapping is made in the USA and meets or exceeds all AAR & ASTM specs. All coils have the standard 16” IDs, OD sizes vary.
CLOSED (push on), OPEN/SEMI-OPEN (snap-on), and MAGAZINE SEALS
Regular duty strapping is manufactured from cold rolled steel under rigid quality control. Precise uniformity in width, gauge, and finish ensures trouble-free operation with automatic strapping machines and pneumatic or manual strapping tools.
High tensile strapping is manufactured of special analysis cold rolled steel and is fully heat treated to provide high tensile strength and dexterity. The cold rolled high tensile strapping ensures uniformity in gauge and finish for trouble-free operation in power tools. High tensile strength affords extra protection under all strapping conditions.
