Wjcon reactor provides high heat transfer, high agitation, and adjustable short-to-medium residence times. It processes free­flowing solids, slurries, gels and wet cakes from filters and centrifuges.

Wjcon reactor consists of a mechanical agitator rotating in a cylindrical housing. The cylindrical housing usually has a heat transfer jacket which may be constructed for steam or liquid heat transfer media . Jacket operating pressures up to 150 psig are typical. The cylindrical housing can be designed to operate below and above atmospheric pressure.

Shell-and-tube-type exchangers constitute the bulk of

unfired heat-transfer equipment in chemical process plants,

although in-creasing emphasis has been developing in other

(2) PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER

The structure of plate heat exchanger is composed of a fixed frame, a movable frame and corrugated

plates which are in between two frames. Hot liquid and cold liquid go through between the corrugated

plates in turn. To prevent leaking liquid, gaskets are mounted around the plates and tightening bolts are

used to put the plates together_

There is heat transfer between two liquids through the plates. This is the main principle of plate heat

exchanger_ The arrangement of two liquids is that cold liquid goes upward and hot liquid goes

downwards in order to increase heat transfer efficiency.

No welds on standard plates.

Amply dimensioned headers and nozzles; the pressure drop is therefore effectively utilized for heat

transfer even with high flow rates. Leakage from one passage to the other cannot occur.

BELT FILTER : A kind of vacuum filters. No clogging of filter cloth because of complete cake discharge and cloth washing. Provides a wide variety of filtering and washing applications at chemical, pulp, and food processing industries. Suited for slurries of low concentration

FULL-AUTOMATIC UNDER-DRIVEN CENTRIFUGE: It is a separator driven at bottom of vertical Shaft. All operational processes from start to scraping and discharge are done at full automation. Featuring superior functions of adaptability to larger capacity, higher speed and horsepower, it is used for treatment of wide range of materials, organic and inorganic chemicals, foods, mineral products and sludges of sewage and waste water.

CONTINUOUS PRECOAT FILTER : The equipment is of continuous vacuum drum type used when clear filtrate is required and has the advantage of consuming less precoat material.

DECANTER CENTRIFUGE : Operates on the principle of sedimentation, i.e.solid particles heavier than the liquid settle out within a given period of time. Centrifugal force accelerates the solid particles, thus speeding up the separation process. Some machines accelerate particles as much as 6000 times faster than gravitation!

DRUM FILTER : This basic type of vacuum filter is featured by continuous automatic operation. TSK is capable of designing the equipment for the broadest range of slurries with exceptionally high fi ltration rates. Depending on its usage, the filter can be provided with scraper, string, or roller discharge arrangements.

ROTARY PRESSURE FILTER: Designed for filtering sugar juices, with leaves of light weight and maximum passage. The filter-aid can be formed uniformly on surface of leaves by the leaf rotation for obtaining a clear filtrate at a maximum rate. Excessively cloudy filtrate is prevented by closing the particular filtrate pipe so that continuous operation can be performed. Replacement of filter clothes can be easily done.

HORIZONTAL BELT FILTER : Best suited to applications where low cake moisture content and thorough washing are desired . It utilizes both gravity and vacuum to effect rapid

•• separation of liquid and solids. An endless filter cloth travels on a horizontal plane and slurries are fed on the surface of the travelling cloth on which the formed cake is washed in multi-stage with a small amount of water. The equipment is used especially at chemical process plants.

SAND FILTER/AUTO SAND FILTER: A filter packed with sand or anthracite as the filter media and used to remove suspended solids in a large quantity of water. Completely continuous operation is performed by automatic backwashing.

AUTO-FILTER PRESS : It is the latest full automatic horizontal filter-press with high dewatering rate. The diaphragm of high pressure mechanism enables to obtain uniform pressurs at as high as 20kg/cm' reducing the cake moisture to a minimum. Filter cloth cleaning and running device is installed in each filter chamber and it can easily be taken out for inspection and maintenance. Applicable for slurries difficult to filter, and has a capacity of five to ten times larger than that of conventional types.

VACUUM FILTER-DRYER : Being an essence of WJH' s technology in filtration and drying, the equipment enables all processes of crystal separation, wash, drying I cooling and mixing without exposing the material to air. Slurries are filtered under vacuum thru the built-in filter bed, then the cake is dried by the tumbler jacket and internal heating coils. Tumbler rotation mixes the material. Widely applied for treating various kinds of fine chemicals

THROUGH-CIRCULATION BAND DRYER : Powders are dried by hot air on an endless perforated or mesh plate bands of steel as the band travels. The equipment is used for drying very fine, heat sensitive materials for extended hours at low temperatures.

STEAM TUBE DRYER : Continuous heating or cooling of solids in inert atmosphere, or in medium vacuum or pressure. Continuous reaction of gases with solids, either exothermically or endothermically. Indirect heat transfer by conduction and radiation, and constant temperature can be set by steam pressure Closed unit operation. Continuous evaporation of solvent from solids, and it can be recovered completely. Low sweeping gas required.

HOT AIR ROTARY DRYER: Gentle heat treatment is done in a relatively small plant space. Used for selective drying of different particle sizes of materials, and heat-sensitive materials such as PVC. Parallel-current and high air velocities but without "blow-through" of unprocessed particles. Permits convection drying of easily air-borne materials. Allows sufficient retention time to ensure complete drying. Eliminates adhesion of material.

FLUIDIZED-BED EQUIPMENT : Materials are treated in fluidized, agitated and suspended conditions by gases. Applicable for drying/ cooling at a relatively low temp_, and for calcining, incinerating and reacting at a high temp. (exceeding 1,350'C). Heat is directly provided by burning fuel or injection of fuel to fluid-bed. Heating elements for indirect heating by steam can also be installed. Spent off-gases can be recycled for preheating air to save fuel costs. It is a maintenance-free equipment.

ROTARY DISC DRYER : Designed to provide a final drying process. Indirect heat transfer by conduction and radiation. Temperature set constant by steam pressure. Low air volumes minimize dusting_ Large heat surface ratio per volume. Small plant space. Closed Unit operation. Simple operational control. Can also be designed as cooler.

WATER MUL Tl-JET BAROMETRIC CONDENSER -- -The most economical condenser where vacua not exceeding 27" Hg_ are to be attained. Vapors entering the condenser rise through a cold spray from a series of converging jets, adjustable for maximum condensation . This countercurrent movement assures more complete condensation. The jets, in tum, wash the incondensible gases, along with the condensate, down through the tailpipe, without the use of an ejector or intercondenser. This process is made possible only through a specific arrangement with sealed baffles that permit the use of jets, while preventing the escape of vapors, thus forced to the top of the condenser.

INCINERATOR FOR SOLID WASTES

This is a horizontal type of the distilled gas incinerator, so that the feeding of wastes is convenient , and overloading or counter-flamming by operator mistake would not occur. The after-burning and dust-collecting chamber accomplishes complete combustion and maximal dust removal. *Equipped with systems for the continuous feeding of

wastes and discharging of ashes, this system could be functioned without any operator.

INCINERATOR FOR GAS & LIQUID

This is an incinerator to destruct thermally malodorous fumes or organic solvent which is released from a certain manufacturing or chemical process. This incinerator operates at a high temperature (above the temperature of thermal destruction) by supplying some auxiliary fuels as well as utilizing combustive content in wastes.

WATER PLASMA INCINERATOR

As water plasma discharge the molecules of O and OH, It produces strong oxidat ion funct ion and rapid chemical function comes out with H molecule even. Therefore water plasma is the most suitable environment in treating the discharge gas and very economic fuel as well .
