Click Classrooms
Click + CLASS

Click Create Classroom

Click Classrooms
Select your Class
Click + STUDENT
Enter their information
Click + STUDENT to add more

Click the pencil icon
Make any necessary changs and click UPDATE or click REMOVE

HOW TO CREATE A LESSON PLAN TEMPLATE
Click +PLAN
Click Lesson Plans
From the Plan Template drop down menu, choose Global Pre-K Template
Click Create New Plan
Click the three dots to reveal the menu and select Reorder Time Blocks
Customize your lesson plan by entering specifi c times and reordering the blocks
Click Save & Close

At the bottom of the screen, name your Lesson Plan Template
Click Save Lesson Plan Template

Review the results
Check the activity you’d like to use
Click Add 1 Activity to Time Block

Review the results
Check the activity you’d like to use

Click +CUSTOM ACTIVITY
Enter the GELDS Code
Enter a Title
Enter an Activity Description
Click Save Custom Activity
The profi le icon indicates it’s a custom activity

Click the activity
Make a Note if you’d like
Select the Students
Choose the type of Assessment you wantto add
Click Save to Plan
The Assessment icon will indicate you’ve chosen that activity for assessment

Use the drop down menu icon next to the time block to make changes

Click Edit Time Block
Make necessary edits
Click Update Time Block

Click Reorder Time Blocks
Click and Drag to reorder

Edit the time directly in the fi eld
Click the trash can icon to delete a time block

Click Save Note
Write a note
The Note appears at the top of the time block

Click Copy Activities to...
Select the days you want to repeat the activity
Click Copy to __ Days
The activity now appears on every day you selected
