Alterations to a Building, Structure or Dwelling
To develop and use the land for the purpose of use of the land as a licensed premises (Tavern with an on-premises licence), convenience restaurant and a take-away food premises, demolition of parts of building, construct a building and construct or carry out works, paint a building, reduce car parking and bicycle requirements and extend trading hours generally in accordance with the endorsed plans and subject to the following conditions.
Amendments to the permit which allowed the partial demolition, alterations and additions to the existing dwelling. Amendments include: - The removal of privacy screening from the western facing first floor living area; condition 1(g)(i) amended accordingly; - Construction of two repositioned chimneys; condition 1(b) amended accordingly; - Installation of a rubbish chute, gas hot water service, vehicle stacker and rotating turntable; - Enclosure of the uncovered car parking area; - Demolition of roof valleys associated with the original dwelling; - Southwestern expansion of the first floor roof deck and fixed permanent seating and utilities. Amendment includes a new lower front deck to the existing deck.

Amend condition 1e) to replace 'prevented' with 'limited' so that condition 1e) would read as follows: e) Elevation and/or cross section drawings of the screens required by condition 1a) of this permit to ensure that overlooking of neighbouring secluded private open space and secluded private open space within the development is limited.
