Auxiliary equipmentOur auxiliary equipment are designed to safely handle the whole production cycle in milling plants, from the reception of raw material to the storage of finished products. We give you a selection of the most efficient systems for conveying and filtering granular or powdery products, mechanically, pneumatically or by gravity. Our solutions are designed to avoid cross contamination, the generation of dust thus guaranteeing the original properties and full essence of the stock.


KFSA|SLOW-PRESSURE FILTERS

Highly efficient, suitable for most uses and applications even under demanding working conditions. Particularly used in extraction systems and pneumatic conveying systems.

SFROTARY VALVE

The SF blow-through rotary valve is particularly suitable for dosing and conveying powdery and granular products, on low-and medium pressure pneumatic conveying lines.

PESELECTRONIC CONTROL SCALES

The PES scales can work both as control or dosing units indistinctively, without any changes to their mechanical functions. Following the filling stage, once the set value has been reached, the loading gate valve is closed and the weight reading is given. The next stage is the discharge: this can be immediate when the device is working as a control unit; or timed when used as a dosing unit, with the time varying in function of the actual quantity loaded in the hopper.

Ideal for easily discharge difficult products from storage silos, such as flour, bran, pelletized product etc..

EVVIBRATORY DISCHARGER

AVVIBRATING FEEDER

Mainly used to evenly discharge products received from filters, screenings from the cleaning section or to recover products in the event of chokes.

VDMTWO-WAY DIVERTER VALVE

The VDM two-way diverter valve is a distribution device that finds its application in both positive and negative pressure pneumatic conveying systems.


KHKMROTARY AIRLOCK VALVE

The KHKM is a rotary valve used to transfer and discharge, by gravity, products from environments that have different pressures. The precise design of its components guarantee the airlock to be fully air-tight . The body and rotor are made from cast iron and the latter mounted on ball bearings. For applications on the negative-pressure pneumatic system, they can be grouped in series by means of couplings.

KTSACENTRIFUGAL DUST COLLECTOR

The centrifugal dust collector is a device used to handle a certain amount of moving air and separate those solid particles with an average diameter greater than or equal to 40 microns that are being kept in suspension and carried by the actual air. The dust collector includes an inlet that conveys the dust-filled air into the tapered housing from the side, sending it downwards first in a spiralling flow whose coils are roughly the same diameter as the actual chamber, and then aspirated back up into the collection duct, designed to guide the now-purified stream of rising air and allowing it to discharge in an axial direction. The separated particles fall to the bottom, where they are removed with the aid of a rotary airlock valve, suitable to seal the pressure between the inside and outside, whether pressure is positive or negative.

MFMAGNETIC UNIT

Directly installed on the gravity spouting, it removes ferrous material from intermediate and finished products.

RSROTARY VALVE

The RS gravity rotary valve is particularly suitable for dosing and conveying powdery and granular products, on low- and medium-pressure pneumatic conveying lines.
