Formulate and apply Local area plans, subdivisions, amalgamations and processing procedures to review the development project proposals and affordable housing projects/programs; advice developers regarding processes for building permits, and occasionally procure business licenses for clients in various locations throughout the City for compliance with city zoning regulations.

Act as project manager for complex planning projects, including analyzing and evaluating site and architectural plans, performing technical review for project plans and applications and making appropriate recommendations. (Examples, Oversaw construction of the new NAKUMATT Lavington green, Sewer Lines in Villa Franca, Civil works in South B area etc)
