The White House

ForewordThis document was produced in responseto the author discovering that the ObamaAdministration had made contact withprominent leaders in the metaphysicalcommunity. The reason was the request:to communicate about what istranspiring on the planet, and how wecan change the course of theunprecedented events that arechallenging this planet. F1

In February and March 2009, thisnews was circulating on the internet, butit appears that this appeal was first madein October 2008. F2 In summary, it isknown that there was an initial group of

38 global visionaries, organized byThe Chopra Foundation, who signed afounding declaration on 26th July 2008and at some point, they morphed intoevolutionary leaders. F3

It is not known who within the

Obama Administration approached thisorganization, but as part of the requestfor information, metaphysical leaderswere asked for evidence in the form of apetition. This was needed to demonstratehow many people were in favour of thesuggestions made by these evolutionaryleaders and it was stipulated that thereneeded to be a minimum of 10,000signatures. In short, at the time of therequest for petition signatories, amandate had already been presented tothe White House. A new website called ACall to Conscious Evolution was set up

as a way of providing backgroundinformation to help people understandthe context of the petition. F4 The petitionitself was held on the website Care 2Petition, and 40,738 signatories wererecorded that are dated between October

2008 and October 2009.F5

In summary,all that can be stated is that thesignatories actually pledged; to makemy conscious evolution an important partof my life, and in so doing help make theworld a better place. The accompanyingdocumentation focused on thetransformation of consciousness, and didnot seem related to the ObamaAdministrations specific request on theunprecedented events that arechallenging this planet.

At this point, the author realises thatthere is not enough information providedby the evolutionary leaders that clarifieswhy the Obama Administration wantedto consult with metaphysical leaders. Atthe time, it was presumed that the ObamaAdministration were seeking informationabout external challenges to the planetthat could be related to specificknowledge held by the metaphysicalcommunity and therefore outside of therealms of the scientific community,academic scholars, or other organisationsthat continuously lobby the United Statesgovernment. Yet, the term planetarychallenges is an apt description for theimpact of Space Weather and theferocious bombardment of our planet bysolar, cosmic, galactic and intergalacticenergies, the ensuing climate disruptionand the potential for evolutionary changefor the whole of mankind, as weexperience a flood of cosmic rays thatwill generate more DNA mutations, thatwill become most apparent in ourchildrens future.

Hence, this Citizen Summary waswritten as the authors response toencapsulate what I believe metaphysicalleaders should be making clear to

governments around the world. At thesame time, the author believes that thecontents of this document should also bemade widely available to the generalpublic and those interested in themetaphysical and spiritual implications

of the massive and dramatic evolutionarychanges taking place on this planet.

It must be pointed out that for avariety of reasons there were a fewsensitive issues that were only brieflymentioned in the original version of thisdocument. At the time, the ObamaAdministration had a very strongpolitical stance on the issue of ClimateChange/Global Warming being related toanthropogenic causes. Due to the factthat there was already strong oppositionby Climate Realists and new sciencechallenging the prevailing beliefs withinthe climate science community, theauthor choose to only briefly mentionglobal warming/climate change. F6 Yet,since this time, the political climate of Climate Change has indeed changed. InSeptember 2010, the following wasreported in the media.

(CNSNews.com) John Holdren,director of the White House Office of

Science and Technology Policy, saysthat the term global warming is adangerous misnomer that should bereplaced with global climatedisruption. F7

Again, since the first version of thisreport, the author was unaware that Earthwas being assailed by blasts from deepspace. Magnetars are a form a neutronstar, believed to be the most magneticobject in the Universe. In 0.1 seconds, amagnetar can give off as much energy asthe Sun provides in 100,000 years. F8 Such huge deliveries of energy providesupport for the metaphysical belief thatEarth is being quickly driven to a newhigher energy level. Yet, the term globalclimate disruption is a perfectdescription describing the subsequentclimatic impact that some magnetar

blasts have generated, to the alarm of astronomers and climate scientists.

Originally, the author also decidednot to focus on the problem of NearEarth Objects (asteroids, comets andmeteoroids) because it had been apparent

for some time that NASA NationalAeronautics and Space Administration,had made attempts to withholdinformation from the general public. InMay 2007, the website Secrecy News, apublication of the Federation of American Scientists, reported thefollowing article headlined NASA Tries,Fails to Withhold Planetary Defense

Report. F9 It read:

The National Aeronautics and

Space Administration earlier thisyear attempted to block public accessto a comprehensive report onplanetary defense against asteroids,but the document found its way intothe public domain anyway.

As it so happened, in June 2009, it wasreported that the U.S. military hadwithdrawn their fireball data from thescientific community. The news wasdelivered to the space community asfollows:

For 15 years, scientists havebenefited from data gleaned by U.S.classified satellites of natural fireballevents in Earths atmosphere butno longer. A recent U.S. militarypolicy decision now explicitly statesthat observations by hush-hushgovernment spacecraft of incomingbolides and fireballs are classifiedsecret and are not to be released,SPACE.com has learned. F10

This action infuriated astronomers andrather ironically, the dispute with themilitary was described as a flare-up.

The fact is that Earth is experiencing anupsurge of space debris resulting in ahuge increase in fireballs and sonicbooms and this state of affairs has beenobvious amongst interested observers.

Yet, it is only recently that greater effortshave been made by governmentsponsored agencies to make the publicmore aware of an asteroid threat.Therefore this document has beenupdated to provide some background

information outlining the evolutionaryimplications of comets and asteroids. Thewider question of what is causing theinflux of Near Earth Objects can belinked to the arrival of an interstellarcloud that is disturbing the hypothesizedOort Cloud, a vast reservoir of cometsthought to surround our solar system. Ithas been postulated that close encountersby other stars could disturb this cloudand throw a lot of comets into the innersolar system, with possible collisionswith the inner planets and it is mostlikely that Jupiter due to its large size hasrecently attracted some large chunks of rock.

In terms of planetary challenges, thisCitizen Summary does not discuss theimpact that Space Weather is having incomplicating government energypolicies. F11 It is well known that manygovernments are struggling to implementsubsidized green-energy production, suchas wind power, in order to reduce theproduction of greenhouse gasesgenerated by fossil fuels. Yet, thecontinued use of a national powerdistribution grid means that powersupply will remain vulnerable to SpaceWeather regardless of how that power isgenerated as Space Weather forecastingis still very much in its infancy. So, whileit is evident that there is tremendouspressure to maintain business as usual,the facts are the geomagnetic conditions

on Earth are making our current choiceof centralized power distribution a majorchallenge.

Finally on a more philosophical note,it is not unreasonable to suppose that theObama Administration have alreadymade the connection between planetarychallenges and the arrival of a NewWorld Age. In this regard, it is has been

widely reported that in March 2009,Father Raniero Cantalamessa, (preacherto the Pontifical Household), put out acurious statement highlighting thedispleasure of the Vatican, that PresidentObama had positively referenced a

heretic three times during his presidentialelectioneering campaign. PresidentObama is accused of claiming to beinspired by Gioacchino da Fiore, orJoachim of Fiore (1135 1202), anItalian mystic, theologian, andphilosopher of history, who Obamareferred to as a master of contemporarycivilisation and inspiring a betterworld. F12 The intrigue is thatGioacchino is remembered for hisscholarly treatises that were unified bytheir apocalyptic tenor. F13 Interestingly,from his study of the Bible, specificallythe book of Revelations and ancientesoteric knowledge, Gioacchino believedthat there would come an apocalypticcrisis and a New Age of the HolySpirit where the church would not berequired and mankind would reach ahigher level of spiritual understanding. Itis the belief of the author and outlined inthis Citizen Summary, that we are fastapproaching a New World Agedominated by Space Weather as denotedby the scientific community or The HolySpirit in Christian terms. Whats more,it is impossible to believe that this is notunderstood by the Vatican Church whopossesses the biggest esoteric andhistorical archives in the world.

The Sun Earth ConnectionCredit: NASA

A detailed explanation on the effecton Earths climate, is beyond the scopeof this report, but it must be stated thatthe new theory of Cosmoclimatology isclosely related to the activity of SpaceWeather and is being strongly supportedby experimental observations that arechallenging some outdated, but cherishedbeliefs about how our climate iscontrolled. Cosmoclimatology was firstproposed in 1997, by Danish scientistsHenrik Svensmark and Eigil Friis-Christensen who have linked galacticcosmic rays (GCRs) with cloudformation low in the Earths atmospherethat is mediated primarily by variations

in the intensity of the solar wind.3

Hence,any variations in GCRs will be closelylinked with global climate change.Henrik Svensmark states:

Instead of thinking of clouds as aresult of the climate, its actuallyshowing that the climate is a resultof the clouds, because the cloudstake their orders from the stars.

Other researchers have also noted theimpact of the magnetic field strengths of the Sun and Earth in regulating the fluxof galactic cosmic rays. Using dataderived from tree rings and ice layers etc,from the present to 10,000 12,000 yearsago, Dergachev et al. came to thefollowing conclusion:

galactic cosmic ray levels in theearths atmosphere are inverselyrelated to the strength of the helio-and geomagnetic fields, and theyconclude that cosmic ray fluxvariations are apparently the mosteffective natural factor of climatechanges on a large time scale.More specifically, they note thatchanges in cloud processes underthe action of cosmic rays, whichare of importance for abundanceof condensation nuclei and for ice

formation in cyclones, can act as aconnecting link between solarvariability and changes in weatherand climate, and they citenumerous scientific studies thatindicate that cosmic rays are a

substantial factor affectingweather and climate on time scalesof hundreds to thousands of years.

Space Weather generatesgeomagnetic storms and aselectromagnetic beings, humans areaffected, physically, mentally,emotionally and spiritually. As SpaceWeather has been increasing for over twodecades, the book Tuning the Diamonds:

Electromagnetism & Spiritual Evolution ,published in September 2006 by JoyfirePublishing, sought to explain; what thismeant in real terms for the citizens of planet Earth, with an emphasis onintegrating science and metaphysics inregard to electromagnetism and theevolution of the human energy field. 4

Worldwide, various metaphysicaland indigenous groups who have retained

ancient and esoteric knowledge,calendars and prophecies have largelyagreed that we are nearing the end of aperiod of transition that will herald thestart of a New World Age. Yet, theapparent sudden onset of Space Weatherhas provided a stunning confirmation of predictions made by modern Mayan

Elders who stated that their ancientcalendars indicated that we were enteringa New Age dominated by ether (aether inthe modern spelling) or space. 5 Specialattention has been given to the beliefs of modern Mayan Elders who are famed asthe Keepers of Time, hence, manysupporters have drawn attention to theend date associated with two of the mostimportant Mayan calendars and havepopularized the date of 21st December2012. 6 Yet, some metaphysical sourcesclaimed there had been a slow increase inthe arrival of evolutionary energiesarriving from deep space and that thiswas expected to dramatically increase

and become a flood.7

In this regard, scientists confirm thatthe Sun has been more active in the last70 years than it has been for thousands of years. In 1989, the increased activity of the Sun reached a new pinnacle, when amassive sunspot exploded and due toresulting ferocity, this event becameknown as The Great Magnetic Storm.The near Earth environment of Earth wasflooded with radiation and charged

particles caused many satellites to failand/or drop out of their orbits. This eventlasted for 13 days producing spectacularauroras and red skies to parts of theworld where people had never seen thembefore. There were massive power surgesforcing power plants to shut down andthe electrical power grid of Quebec inCanada was knocked out, producing ablackout that affected 6 million people.The dramatic and violent nature of this

solar activity and the sudden impact of the geomagnetic storm that only took 90seconds to knock out the power grid inQuebec, woke up the space communityto the seriousness of Space Weather.

There is more scientific evidence thatthe prediction of a flood of cosmicradiation is looking increasingly likely.

In September 2008, the NASA pressrelease headlined: Solar Wind LosesPower, Hits 50-year Low revealed thatas a consequence of a flagging solar

wind and the Suns magnetic field beingreduced, the shielding around our solarsystem is also being lowered. NASAsannouncement in 16th December 2008, A Giant Breach in Earths MagneticField revealed that scientists are seeingmagnetic configurations around Earthopening up massive breaches on thedaylight side of Earths magnetic field,which imply that in the future, Earth willexperience far greater amounts of Space

Weather.8

In January 2010, anannouncement from the European SpaceAgency, was headlined Multiple rifts in

Earths magnetic shield . Incredibly weare told that we dont always have theprotection of Earths magnetic field.Thus we read:

This study reports theobservation of fissures on the Sun-facing side of the Earths magneticshield the dayside magnetopause.Fortunately, these fissures dontexpose Earths surface to the solarwind; our atmosphere protects us,even when our magnetic fielddoesnt. However, clear effectshave been detected high in theupper atmosphere and in theregion of space around Earthwhere satellites orbit.

Simply, the intensification of SpaceWeather is driving our planet and all theother planets in our solar system into ahigher energy state due to the massivebombardment of charged matter andenergy. On Earth, this is beingcompounded by Earths magneticshielding weakening, but at the sametime, the heliosphere is also shrinkingand losing its ability to shield againstmost galactic cosmic rays. But thats notall.

In 2003, it was then reported that theNASA/ESA Ulysses spacecraft haddetected that there had been anextraordinary event on the Sun when for

nearly a month beginning in March 2000,the Suns south magnetic pole faded, anda north pole emerged to take its place. 9 Yes, that is correct, the Sun had twonorth poles. Normally, our star, likeEarth, has a north and a south magneticpole, but for reasons unknown, a newcosmic directive was enacted. In reality,the south pole did not vanish, it justmigrated north for a while and became aband of south magnetic flux smeared

around the Suns equator. In May 2000,the south pole returned to its usual spotnear the Suns southern spin axis, butonly for a short while. In 2001, the solarmagnetic field completely flipped asexpected; the south and north polesswapped positions, which is how theyremain now. What this means is that theSun completely reconfigured the vastregion of space, called the heliosphere, abillion kilometers wide, filled by the

Suns magnetic field. This is a regionwhere an invisible flow of a very lowelectric current provides an obstacle togalactic cosmic rays and other SpaceWeather from outside our solar system.The critical thing to note is that the shapeof this current sheet determines EarthsSpace Weather and how many cosmic

rays strike Earth. During the doublenorth pole event of March 2000, thecurrent sheet was radically altered,resulting in the waviness increasing andnew irregularities, causing a newheadache for Space Weather predictions.Consequently, scientists tell us that oursolar system would be increasinglyflooded with star dust and scientistspredicted this to dramatically increase byten times until 2012. 10 It was widelyanticipated that this would cause our Sunto flare, but due to the currentextraordinary quiet solar minimum of Solar Cycle 23, so far, this has not

happened. To add to the conundrum, in2009, it was reported that our Sun andheliosphere appears to be located in thetransition zone between the LocalInterstellar Cloud (LIC) and the GalacticCloud known as G Cloud. 11 This wasconfirmation of an important reportreleased in 1997 by Russian scientistswho stated that our solar system hadentered a new region of space and stated;

This kind of interstellar space dispersedplasma is presented by magnetized stripstructures and striations. Therefore, dueto Space Weather, the environment of space is no longer considered to beempty and benign but much moreunpredictable and complex, withunknown magnetic and electrical

Our Sun, aVariable Star

The Sun is a delivery mechanism for

Universal Energy and always has been,but the very fact that scientists have onlyrecently started to stress the impact of Space Weather should give pause forthought. Scientists are telling us that theSun has been more active in the last 70years than for the previous eightthousand years. 13 This startlingconclusion was reported in the science

journal Nature, dated 28th October 2004,by an international team of scientistsfrom the Max Planck Institute for SolarSystem Research in Germany. Thescientists analyzed the radioactiveisotopes in trees preserved in riverbedsand bogs that date back 11,400 years,and by doing so produced the mostprecise study yet of sunspot history. Thistree ring study also confirmed a previousstudy of polar ice core samples reportedin the New Scientist, November 2003edition, revealing that the Sun has beenmore active since the 1940s than in theprevious 1,150 years combined. Theferocity of solar flares is such thatelectromagnetic radiation in the form of x-rays, gamma rays and radio bursts,flood the near Earth environment withhighly charged particles. Then there arealso Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs),where the surface of the Sun just lifts off and explodes into space, flinging billionsof tons of plasma (ionised sub-atomicparticles) into space. Maybe its nosurprise that sometime in the mid 1990s,NASA quietly re-evaluated our Sun to bea variable star, but this must meanmassive implications for the future of alllife on Earth. 14

During the now notoriousHalloween storms, that took place in

late October and early November 2003,there were 80+ coronal mass ejectionsand 11 X-class flares in a two week period. This included some recordbreaking blasts which generated a heavytoll on satellites, with 59% of NASAsspacecraft being affected. 15 Thepandemonium caused; aircraft to be re-routed from the Polar Regions, for thefirst time ever, the FAA was forced toissue an alert on radiation doses to air

passengers above 25,000 feet and therewas a power outage in Sweden for aboutan hour. In 2004, when assessing thecurrent state of Space Weatherforecasting, one Air Force contractordeclared that 60% of geomagnetic stormsare not forecast and 60% of forecastswere wrong. On 6th December 2006, asolar flare created an unprecedentedintense solar radio burst, causing largenumbers of receivers to stop tracking the

Global Positioning System (GPS)signal.16 Scientists that tracked this eventconcluded:

Society cannot become overlyreliant on technology without anawareness and understanding of the effects of future space weatherdisruptions.

TheExtraordinaryQuiet SolarMinimum ofSolar Cycle 23

After some extreme solar outbursts,it is now acknowledged that the Sun hasexperienced the deepest solar minimumin a century. The lack of sunspots hasbeen a cause for concern, as globaltemperatures fall and some solar experts

warn that we could see a dearth of sunspots. 17 The situation is beingcompared to a Maunder-like minimum,with the likely onset of a mini Ice Age,defined as a prolonged period of coldweather that could afflict the world forcenturies. The Maunder Minimum isnamed after the English astronomerEdward W. Maunder (1851 1928), who

studied historical records of sunspotcounts and discovered they werevirtually absent during the 70 year periodfrom 1645 to 1715 and disappearedaltogether during the decade starting in1670 when astronomers observed onlyabout 50. For comparison, normal

sunspot activity would have produced40,000 to 50,000 sunspots. 18 Hence, as a

consequence, NASA scientists wereforced to repeatedly revise the start of Solar Cycle 24 along with theirpredictions of solar activity. 19 TheFebruary 2011 solar cycle Predictiongraphic, see image below, shows a starttime in late 2009, instead of the muchtrumpeted estimate of early 2007. Thisabnormal solar quiet caused NASAsHeliophysics Division to solicitproposals for new studies to research the

Causes and Consequences of the Minimum of Solar Cycle 23 (CCMSC) .20;

There is a metaphysical explanationfor the extremely quiet solar minimumand subsequent sluggish start to SolarCycle 24. It was anticipated by a fewmetaphysicians that the current sunspotcycle could be switched off in someway by the rare planetary alignmentknown as the Venus Transit that onlyappears in pairs every 120 years or so

with 8 years between them. 21 Accordingto researcher Will Hart, author of thebook The Genesis Race, he states:

the Maya knew that the Venustransit acted like a circuit breakerswitching off the sunspot cycle andimpacting the Sun-Moon-Earth-Venus system.

calculate that if the same happened again,350 transformers would be at risk of permanent damage and 130 millionpeople in the United States would bewithout power, possibly for years. 25 Thisis the main reason why solar scientistsare still maintaining a very wary eye onthe Sun.

Whether this theory is completelycorrect or not, according to NASA, theEarths protective magnetic shield is nowunstable. A NASA press release on 16thDecember 2008 was headlined, A Giant

Breach in Earths Magnetic Field. It detailed that in July 2007, in response tonormal Space Weather, the Earthsprotective shield went down instead of up, contrary to long-held ideas of spacephysics. 8 NASA scientists state theoverall effect is to load up themagnetosphere of Earth with plasma andthen when a blast of Space Weather, likea coronal mass ejection (CME) comesalong, it will trigger a much biggergeomagnetic storm on Earth. Scientistsuse the analogy of turning on the gasfirst, waiting a while and then lighting amatch, the wait makes the response muchmore explosive. Shockedastronomers concluded that this eventresulted in the brightest explosion in thehistory of astronomy. Brighter than thepowerful gamma-ray bursts producedwhen distant black holes are born,brighter than the once-in-a-centurysupernova explosions recorded by theancient Chinese and often visible inbroad daylight, brighter even than thefull Moon. This little magnetar gave off more energy in 0.2 seconds than the Sun

does in about 200,000 years.

The Gamma &Cosmic Ray BlitzFrom Across theGalaxy

In September 2009, NASA reportedthat cosmic rays were at a space agehigh, but in addition to the 19% increase

in cosmic rays, Earth is experiencing aconstant bombardment of extremely highenergy cosmic rays. This is beingmonitored by researchers at the PierreAuger Observatory in Malargue,Argentina, an international collaborationof hundreds of scientists with a missionto investigate these high energy

particles. 34 Whats more, various othergroups of researchers have discoveredthat Earth is being bombarded or eventargeted by unexpected high energycharged particles from discreet sourcesin space. In the last decade, thisbombardment is also accompanied by thebiggest ever recordings of gamma-raybursts. Scientists talk of extreme gamma-ray flares, blitzing the Earth fromAcross the Galaxy. 35 This scenariosuggests some kind of cosmicorchestration, so its interesting to notethat metaphysical sources declare thatour planet has been receiving somecosmic homeopathy to get us use to

higher frequencies of light.7

Yet, this isall taking place at the same time asEarths magnetic field is declining andshowing signs of an imminent reversalthat geophysicists state could occuranytime in the next 3,000 years. 36

During 4 billion years of Earthhistory and 542 million years of complexlife, Earths climate has been colder thantoday and much, much warmer. CO 2 levels have also been many times higherthan they currently are, even during iceages that come and go, caused bymechanisms mankind is powerless tocontrol. Hence, attempts to blamemankind for 9,000 years of global

warming mostly due to the Earthsemergence from the last Ice Age has notbeen received well by some opponents inthe scientific community. Moreover, theless knowledgeable general public arealso reticent to pay higher taxes to dealwith climate variation, that many think isnot up to humans to attempt to control.So, even as campaign rhetoric has beenheating up, there has been a recentdecline in world temperatures and some

climate scientists state they cannot findany warming in the last thirty years.Hence, the case for solar and cosmicfactors determining climate on Earth hasbeen gathering momentum. 37 Theopposition to global warming has beenheightened by relentless efforts to expose

scientific duplicity and outright fraud. 38

This is exemplified by the infamousMann Hockey Stick graph, which was

liberally used to persuade the public thathigh global surface temperatures wereunprecedented over the last 1000 years.Now totally discredited, it sought to a)eradicate the Medieval Warm Period(1100 1250 AD), which revealed thatthe Earth has been up to 3 degreesCelsius warmer than todaystemperatures and b) hide the Little IceAge (1500 1750 AD) when theThames regularly froze. In addition,

campaigners won a legal victory againstAl Gores film An Inconvenient Truth,when a British High Court Judge ruledthat any teacher in the United Kingdomshowing this film in class, must alsopoint out 9 errors. 38 Yet, it is evident thatwe are seeing chaotic weather patternsand bizarre extremes that are asignificant signature of climate change.Therefore, despite wild and extremeideas to geo-engineer ourselves out of

our collective destiny, we should realizethat the only way to deal with thesituation is to reevaluate how we can bestmanage our resources for the futurebenefit of mankind. Practically,evolutionary changes are forcingmankind to reconsider how we must dobusiness differently on this planet.

To compound the issue of the realcause of global warming and climatechange, rapid planetary changes havebeen detected throughout our solarsystem and strengthens the case thatSpace Weather is the causative factor. 39 Besides atmospheric and geophysicalchanges, scientists have identifiedglobal warming on Neptune,Neptunes moon Triton as well asJupiter, Pluto and Mars, which are allvery diverse planetary bodies in our solarsystem. Neptune is the planet farthestfrom the Sun (Pluto is now consideredonly a dwarf planet), but scientists havefound a stunning relationship between

the solar output, Neptunes brightness,and the temperature of the Earth. As theysay on Neptune, global warming hasbecome an inconvenient truth.

AtmosphericChange: NewElectrical

ManifestationsBesides the obvious increase inearthquakes, volcanic eruptions,hurricanes and tornadoes etc, there arereports of many new and strangeatmospheric and geophysical

phenomena. The most curiousatmospheric manifestation is the suddenworldwide appearance of the bizarreelectrical entities commonly calledsprites or Transient Luminous Events(TLEs) which were discovered in 1989by accident. Scientists testing a low-lightcamera system (LLTV) for an upcomingrocket flight, captured video evidence,which provided the hard evidence of aphenomena that had been ignored formany decades. 40

From this single event, the scientificcommunity woke up to find a newatmospheric, world-wide phenomenoncomprised of a host of bizarre electrical

entities. In the early 1990s, worriedNASA scientists searched tapes from theSpace Shuttle LLTV camera archives andconfirmed at least 17 apparent sprites

above storm clouds. By 1993, NASAstarted to contemplate that this newlydiscovered cloud-to-space lightningmight be fairly common and thus pose apotential threat to Space Shuttlemissions, especially during launch orrecovery. One description of a commonlyseen sprite is like a gigantic red jellyfish(the ends of the tentacles are sometimesblue), that can extend vertically

downwards between an altitude of 95kmand 35km. Here, it is possible to link thisunderstood plasma phenomena withmythology and the world of TibetanBuddhism. The Dakini is a femalesupernatural being or spirit, generally of volatile temperament, which acts as amuse for spiritual practice. They are alsoknown as sky dancers and this samedescription is noted by scientists too. So,if this is the true meaning, it has beenrevealed to the world by the dramaticincrease of electrical energy on ourplanet. Yet, there is also another moreominous connection with Mesoamericanmythology and the arrival of Tzitzimime,

sky monsters or celestial demons thatarrive at the end of an Age to devourmankind. 6 Hence, it is particularlyinteresting to discover that someatmospheric scientists are nowcomplaining about a zoo of newelectrical entities in the atmosphere, asthey are particularly concerned about

safety during the launch of spacecraft. 41 The discovery of lightning

discharges between the tops of cloudsand the lower ionosphere is causing aserious rethink of our understanding of atmospheric electricity. Mostatmospheric scientists readily admit theirignorance of this mysterious realm of rarefied air and charged electric particlesand physicists jokingly referred to thelower reaches of the ionosphere as theignor(o)sphere. 42 However, sprites andelves etc are just another naturalmanifestation of plasma discharge whichlooks like it is alive and laboratoryexperiments undertaken many decades

ago can mimic this phenomenon. Historyreveals a host of 19th century glowdischarge tube spectroscopists, namelyRayleigh, Thomson, Wilson, andLangmuir, who all won Nobel prizes fortheir work. In essence, theory thatconsiders the electrical nature of ourUniverse would suggest that we areseeing new atmospheric conditions thatrepresent a huge increase in electricalactivity on our planet and therefore new

electrical circuitry has been self-generated to balance the flow of electrically charge positive ions from thesolar wind and the supply of negativeelectrons out to space.

Another interesting atmosphericmanifestation gaining attention fromscientists is the phenomena of noctilucent or night-shining clouds. 43

Intense Gamma Rays & X-raysfrom Thunderstorms & Lightning

Hovering at the edge of space at about 85km in altitude; these wispy bluefilaments are seen in the darkening sky.Noctilucent clouds were first discoveredin July 1885 after the 1883 eruption of Krakatoa. Scientists noted they wereconfined to the polar regions, butrecently, they have been moving closerto the equator and scientists cannotunderstand why. Scientists admit they aremystified by these clouds that arecomposed of charged and possibly dustyice crystals that form in the coldestportion of the atmosphere at atemperature of 120 degrees Kelvin.

This unusual medium has much

in common with dusty plasmas inplanetary rings and other cosmicsystems.

Scientists have found that thesenoctilucent clouds, are highly reflectiveto radar, and so it is thought the icegrains in noctilucent clouds must becoated with a thin film of metal, made upof sodium and iron. 44 The answer may bethat meteor showers (streams of cosmicdebris called meteoroids usually smallerthan a grain of sand) from comet trailsare providing large numbers of metallicatoms of elements such as iron, silicon,and magnesium, which become ionizedin sunlight and last for long periods of time, forming vast ion clouds in theupper atmosphere. Whatever, theseclouds glow electric blue due to beinghighly charged and electrified!

Extreme Physicsright here onEarth

Scientists tell us that we areexperiencing extreme physics right hereon Earth. Scientists are not sure of the

exact mechanism, but they think there isa build-up of electric charge abovethunderclouds due to lightningdischarges. This generates a powerfulelectric field between the top of clouds

and the ionosphere, the outer layer of Earths atmosphere and occasionally,resulting in the acceleration of electronbeams that produce terrestrial gamma rayflashes (TGFs). 45 This atmosphericelectrical phenomenon was first detectedin 1994, by the Compton Gamma RayObservatory satellite, which was builtwith a telescope to detect gamma rayblasts from deep space. Instead, blastswere recorded from Earth and shocked

scientists believed this must occur aboutfifty times a day. A NASA press releasestated:

These energies we see are as highas those of gamma rays emittedfrom black holes and neutronstars.

In 2005, it was widely reported thatthese blasts lasted for about onemillisecond as they launched into spacefrom Earths upper atmosphere, travelingat 99.99% of the speed of light.However, reports in December 2008 tellus a different story. New researchpresented at the American GeophysicalUnion annual meeting reveal gammarays are now intense enough to causeradiation sickness. 46 Scientists state:

Even though scientists initially agreed ona global average rate of about 50 TGFs aday, some scientists acknowledged thisrate could be up to 100 times higher if, assome models indicated, TGFs are emittedas narrowly focused beams that wouldonly be detected when the satellite isdirectly in their path. In January 2011,NASA Science News revealed that, thisestimate had been revised upwards toabout 500 TGFs daily worldwide. 47 Noreason was given for the new rate and itis still an assumption that most TGFs goundetected. Therefore, scientists arecalling for more research and due to allthe other new electrical atmosphericphenomena on Earth, the author of thisreport has surmised that we are seeingindications that Earth is becoming a high

energy plasma environment.

Asteroids,Comets &Meteors? Wereliving in abowling alleyIn 2005, Lembit Opik, the former LiberalBritish Democrat Member of Parliamentfor Montgomeryshire, who is consideredto be one of the leading voices in the UKon asteroids, gave an interview thatoutlined his honest opinion of whycitizens of planet Earth should beconcerned about an asteroid strike from

space and his belief that, were living ina bowling alley. 48 The following is onlya brief synopsis of why asteroids, cometsand meteors should be considered as aplanetary challenge.

Asteroids are mainly solid bodies of rock, but some are composed of metal,mostly nickel and iron that orbit the Sun,but are too small to be consideredplanets. 49 They are known as minorplanets but remain inactive. They rangein size from small boulders to objectsthat are hundreds of miles in diameter.The population of asteroids of size 1000meters (1 km) or larger which cross orclosely approach Earths orbit is thought

to be about 1,600. Some asteroids passvery close to Earths orbit around theSun but a direct hit only happens aboutonce every 100,000 years.

Comets are defined as bodies of ice,rock and organic compounds that can beseveral miles in diameter but can becomeactive. This is the official astronomicalexplanation, but there are many whodispute this conventional belief. Cometsas balls of rocky ice are inconsistent with

the observation of X-rays that can onlybe consistent with temperatures in therange of millions of degrees Kelvin.Whats more, satellites and space probeshave repeated provided observationsproving comets are highly electrical innature. In this regard, the Comet Tempelcollision on the 4th July 2005 is now

Comets can be particularly

spectacular as they often flare as theyapproach the Sun revealing a trail of dustand debris. Sometimes, the Earthperiodically passes through these dusttrails and when this happens, there aregenerally meteor showers which arecomet particles burning up in theatmosphere. Victor Clube, is aprofessional astronomer and during hiscareer, he was once the Dean of theAstrophysics Department of Oxford

University. He is known primarily for hiswork with others on the theory of coherent catastrophism and is an experton comets and cosmology. Hesummarises a fundamental difference of opinion between astronomers that can bebriefly described as follows:

Asteroid strikes, though important,are not the most serious short-termrisk to mankind or civilization.

Every 5-10 generations or so, forabout a generation, mankind issubject to an increased risk of globalinsult through another kind of cosmicagency.

This cosmic agency is a Shoemaker-Levy type train of cometary debris

resulting in sequences of terrestrialencounters with sub-km meteoroids.[See references and notes for moredetails.]

While the resulting risk is ~ 10%, the

global insults take the form of (a)multiple multi-megatonbombardment, (b) climaticdeterioration through stratosphericdust-loading, not excluding ice-age,and (c) consequent uncontrolleddisease/plague.

The sequence of events affectinginvolved generations is potentiallydebilitating because, whether or notthe risk is realised, civilizationcommonly undergoes violenttransitions e.g. revolution, migrationand collapse.

Subsequently perceived as pointless,such transitions are commonly anembarrassment to national elites evento the extent that historical andastronomical evidence of the risk areabominated and suppressed. []

Our technological ability to counter(a) multiple multi-megatonbombardment and (b) stratosphericdust-loading should therefore beexplored.

HeavenlyPhenomena:Strange FireballsSo while we are seeing much more fire inthe sky, it would seem that some of thisfire is so strange that astronomers andmeteorologists are calling them aheavenly phenomena andmeteorological phenomenon and at thistime, they merit a new classification asthey do not have the normalcharacteristics of fireballs, meteorites,bolides etc. 54 The following media reportis an excellent example.

It was a show-stopper for GregoryMcCartney, who runs an eveningoutdoor astronomy education andentertainment program at Ko Olina.The NASA Solar Systemambassador and board memberfor the University of HawaiiFriends of the Institute forAstronomy Council had about 18people at a star show that night. He said they were waiting for Saturnto come into view at about 9:05 p.m.when all of a sudden, out of nowhere this streaking bullet of ameteor comes ripping across the skyover the Marriott Beach Clubtimeshare building (from the east)heading downwards at a 45-degreeangle towards the ocean (the west).He was facing north when he saw it,he said, explaining he usually yellsout to the crowd when he sees ashooting star. However, as thismeteor came closer to the crowdabout two palm trees in height, itsuddenly lit up brighter than a fullmoon as in a glow larger than Id saya house, he wrote in an e-mail. I

mean, this thing was the largest,brightest meteor I had ever seen. Itwas literally white hot and amazinglyclear white - not like milk color, butmore like a glossy brilliance. As itwent over a palm tree, this time I

instinctively yelled, Look out! asit seemed we were about to be hit.Then it lit up into a brilliant clearblue color for a split second, then abrilliant red and disappeared. McCartney and his clients were notalone in witnessing the heavenlyphenomenon. People elsewhere onOahu and throughout the nationreported seeing similar events. TheFederal Aviation Administration hadcalls from media across the countryasking about flashes in the sky thatnight, a spokesman said, adding thathe believed it was a meteorologicalphenomenon. Russian scientists tell us that whatappears to be a comet is sometimes justin fact just pure energy, there is NOphysical object inside the coma. 55

Therefore, what astronomers andastrophysicists observe is really pureplasma or pure consciousness, a divinespark. Some of thegreatest destructive earthquakes havebeen caused by bursts of cosmic raysfrom the far regions of the Universeduring explosions of supernovas. It isalso known that a great manyearthquakes of magnitude 7.0 and overoccur in the 13th month after intense

solar cosmic ray events. Scientists haveshown using statistical material for 1958 1998, that all space environmentphenomena is directly or indirectlyassociated with destructive earthquakes,but the most powerful factor is crossingof the Interplanetary Magnetic Field[IMF] neutral sheet by the Earth.

explains the existence of electricalcurrent at a depth of 10 20km in theEarths crust that is in the order of millions of amps. From laboratoryexperiments, Freund believes that theexplanation is in the realm of semiconductor physics, so geoscientistsdo not have the expertise to consider themerits of this theory and explains whythis approach has not been considered inthe past. important because it confirms theexistence of electric currents in theEarths crust that flow with no externallyapplied voltage, by definition this isplasma. Then a team in Germany discovered asecond horizontal note, but they canonly guess and explain the oscillation asbeing generated by spiral winds createdby atmospheric depressions inducingsome kind of sheer force on the Earthscrust. The problem is, when youdiscuss UFOs, we are talkingeverything from little balls of light tohard craft a mile or more across, andeverything in between. So what is

it? Alexander asked.I argue that, not only are we not

solving the problems yet, were noteven asking the right questions,because we approach this wrong.

After many years of deepresearch into UFOs, Alexander isconvinced from both a personal andmilitary point of view that its amuch more complex issue than theidea of Earth being visited byextraterrestrials. He proposes aconcept called precognitive sentientphenomena.

The phenomenon of the balls of lighthas been the subject of ongoing scientificresearch around the world under theguise of monitoring light phenomena.The most well known has beenconducted in Hessdalen, Norway a small12km long, sparsely populated valley inthe central part of Norway. From 1981 tothe end of 1984, residents of the valleybecame concerned and alarmed whenhundreds of strange and unexplainedlights appeared at many locationsthroughout the valley. Even though lightshave been seen since the 1940s, peak activity rose to about 20 reports a week.In the summer of 1983, ProjectHessdalen was initiated. The first field

investigation was carried out between21st January and 26th February 1984,when fifty-three light observations weremade. This initiative was started andsupported with full positive support of the local community in and aroundHessdalen and fieldwork was given freeof charge from about forty people. A

wide variety of sophisticatedinstrumentation was used in order to tryand get to grips with the unknown lights.Radar, magnetometer, radio-spectrumanalyzer, seismograph, cameras (some of them equipped with dispersion gratings),Geiger counter, infrared viewer, and laser(Strand, 1985; 2000). Probably the mostimportant result was that the luminousevents often coincided with magnetic

perturbations.

In March 1994, the first International Workshop on theUnidentified Atmospheric Light Phenomena in Hessdalen was held andattracted twenty-seven scientists fromeight countries including representativesfrom Russia and Japan, enormouslyboosting the scientific research inHessdalen. It was organized by assistantProfessor Erling Strand, the founder of the Hessdalen project, together withassistant Professor Bjrn Gitle Haugefrom stfold University CollegeNorway. In 1999, SETI scientist Dr.Stelio Montebugnoli and Bjrn G. Haugestarted the EMBLA project, with thepurpose of studying the electromagneticradiation and behavior of the Hessdalenphenomena. According to Peruvian mystics, the
