Share competences and knowledge between creatives.

Key StrategyCreate a comprehensive online catalogue of the Luxembourgian creative industries, improve national and international visibility, encourage networking and professional exchange, foster job and business opportunities.

2. ExportKey activities 2017
Key Objectives
In-depth analysis of existing creative actors already successfully exporting.
Identify synergies and cooperation potential between outlets such as the Chambre of Commerce/LTIOs/ Luxembourgian Embassies and explore the training and coaching opportunities currently on offer.
Identify potential creative actors ready for export and shoulder them in the process.
Setup B2B matchmaking events, promote CI and the export initiative via presence at fairs/ festivals/ trade missions.
Trade missions (i.e. Berlin/Cannes/Wallonie/ Lithuania/ Japan, others tbd).
Key StrategyImprove international visibility and foster business growth by means of exporting creative products and services. Involve the press.Set up a roadshow.

Key Objectives
Improve cash flow problems for independent creative actors linked to irregular income and social security payments.
Case study of current situation and analysis who the key interlocutors are.
Seek advice and set-up meetings with Chambre des Métiers, Chambre of Commerce, Ministry of Economy, CCSS, Ministry of Culture.
Organise round table with CI actors and governmental institutions.
Set-up working group to develop this project.
Create new entrepreneur status.
Key StrategyCreate a unique self-employed status together with governmental institutions.

Define list of CI actors and government institutions implicated in the process (who). Define the missing link by investigating existing status throughout 12 branches (Guichet Unique).

The current steering committee (groupe de travail), composed of
Tania Brugnoni (1535° Differdange),Anna Loporcaro (MUDAM), Vincent Hieff (Ministry of Economy), Olivier Zephir (Technoport), Jan Glas (Lecturer/ Design Expert),
will act as the provisional Advisory Board of the Cluster until the end of 2017. A permanent Cluster Board with a balanced public/ private sectorrepresentation will be formed after that date.
