Reflection

I believe that I followed the directions given for the project well. I collected, organized, and displayed my information in an appropriate way. It was slightly challenging finding some resources. I was successful in developing strategies to improve my personal wellness. In this training room, I learned a lot about child abuse, which I didn’t know before. My attitude towards healthy choices has changed, as I realize that healthy choices are very critical to improving wellness.
