Marshall Engineering and Construction Dr. Thomas Marshall, P.E. May 12, 2016 To whom it may concern, It is my pleasure to introduce you to one of my best and brightest engineering interns, Robert King. Robert was a top student of mine in the engineering program at California Baptist University and also one of the best engineering interns I have ever had. Mr. King comes with my highest recommendation for employment. Robert worked directly under me in a very competitive and intense summer internship program over the summer of 2015. My mission organization Plain Grace Ministries is involved in several engineering projects in North America, Central America, Asia and the Middle East. Robert began as a general intern and was quickly selected out of over sixty interns to move up to be one of a handful of our elite project engineers where he served with excellence. Robert is very bright but he is also is gifted with the ability to communicate. His can-do attitude and work ethic is in the top 1%. Robert takes instruction and constructive criticism very well which enables him to quickly learn and adapt to novel problem-solving scenarios. He is also tireless. His enthusiasm is contagious. Perhaps above all his attributes, I commend Robert for his character. He lives out his faith and demonstrates integrity in his interactions with others. I appreciate Robert’s loyalty and know that I can trust Robert. Based on my many years as a hiring manager and supervisor of literally hundreds of employees, I am convinced that loyalty is the most important attribute for a successful employee. I would re-hire Robert in an instant. It is without hesitation that I recommend Robert King for employment.

My mission organization Plain Grace Ministries is involved in several engineering projects in North America, Central America, Asia and the Middle East.
