1.0 What you need to know This system allows you to select and review your price band and leaflet/DM offers for each of your Huts. Where a price band is shown for each Hut, please note this is your default or current price band. You can choose to move from price band to price band and change your offers by Hut. At the end of the process you will be asked to approve your leaflet PDFs and confirm your order. To start, please access via the following URL:

http://menumaker.linney.com/ Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a PDF per leaflet per Hut for your records. The website works on all mainstream browsers but should you experience any issues, please contact:

2.0 What happens if you don’t log in during the opening window for Menumaker?

Where possible, the window will be open for 5-7 days including a weekend to allow franchisees time to personalise their marketing collateral. If during any menumaker opening, you are not able to log in to personalise your leaflets or boxtoppers, and you have ordered volumes for these, you will receive the default deals set by Pizza Hut Marketing Team, and along with your default volumes. Other than the default deals and volumes, everything else (i.e address, price tier, telephone, minimum delivery spend) will be as per your previous selections. If you do not get a chance to log in during the window, you will be unable to change your artwork for this campaign, and will receive artwork generated as per above. Given this, please note it is your responsibility should you wish to change anything.

3.0 Log in In order to access the system, you are required to login. Login details are your MICROS credentials – username and password. Simply enter your MICROS username and MICROS password into the fields as shown below and click ‘Log in’. If your MICROS credentials are valid and correctly entered, you will be forwarded onto the first screen of the Pizza Hut Marketing Portal.

4.0 Portal screen Once you have gained access to the system, the first screen you will be presented with is the ‘Portal’ screen. The ‘Portal’ screen will allow you to order different campaign print and digital items during each campaign – not all options will be visible; options will become visible at key stages through the campaign. Please select the option that is bright red, in this example, leaflets. Before proceeding, you will need to enter your email address. This is so that a confirmation of your order and artwork proof can be sent to you at the end of the process. Any changes you make along the way will be detailed in this artwork proof.

5.0 Confirm your Hut details This page allows you to enter your Hut details (if the Hut is an NSO) and alter any existing Hut details (for instance, if your opening times have changed, you can amend this here). This page will display information for all your Huts. Once you are happy with this page, please proceed using the large green button at the bottom of the page.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are an NSO, it is your responsibility to enter

your Hut details for the first time. Failure to do this will mean incomplete artwork is generated, which will then have to be manually completed. This will incur a minimum charge of £75.

6.0 View your volumes This page allows you to view your volumes for both leaflets and Value Cards, which you will have previously ordered via The Leaflet Company well in advance of the Menumaker portal opening. You will also have the opportunity to amend the in-store quantity should you wish. Simply increase/decrease the volume for each Hut/leaflet type. Example. If the in-store store quantity currently says 10,000, but you require 8,000 – simply select -2000 as per the example below:

7.0 Choose your price tiers This page automatically pulls through your price tiers for each Hut from the last campaign. If your Hut is an NSO, again, this will need selecting and is your responsibility to do so. If a price band is not selected, a minimum charge of £75 will be put in place to correct the artwork ready for print. If you choose to change your price tier, it is advised that you contact a member of the marketing team at Pizza Hut to confirm. Along the left-hand side of the page, you have the chance to select the price tier for each Hut. You will notice there is a preview in the centre of the screen of each tier, so that you can compare prices.

Once you are happy with your price tiers, please press the green button at the bottom of the page to save and proceed to the next stage. You may also use the orange back button should you need to return to the previous section.

8.0 Choose your variable images This page gives you the opportunity to select a small image which will display in the centre of the pizza panel on your menu. You may select only one variable image for each Hut. Having a variable image is not compulsory, and if you don’t want this to appear, please press ‘none displayed’ in the top left-hand corner.

Below is an example of how your menu will look with variable image in place:

9.0 Choose your deals and vouchers This page gives you the opportunity to amend your deals for both Value Cards and leaflets. If you choose not to amend your deals, you will receive the default deals which are selected for each campaign by the PH marketing team, and are displayed in the Marketing Portal launch email.

Once you have selected either 6pp Value Card or Variable leaflet, you will be taken to the deal selection page. The 10 deals for 6pp Value Card run from left to right, across two rows (numbered 1-5 on the top row, 6-10 on the bottom row).

To change a voucher, select ‘Change voucher #’ in the grey section:

This will bring up the deal selection panel (below):

The vouchers are grouped into types (Meal Deal, Percentage Off etc.) and then within these sections are the deals (so £25 deals would feature in Meal Deals as an example). If you only want a voucher to appear as an ONLINE ONLY offer, please select the small tick box on the voucher, highlighted below:

On this page, you also have the option to copy your selections to all Huts or some Huts using the buttons below.

Once you have changed as many deals as you require, and are happy with the order, please confirm your selection by pressing the large green button.

10.0 Preview your menus

Once you have selected your vouchers, you will be taken to a preview of your artwork. For reference, this will also be sent to the email address that you entered at the start of the process.

If anything is incorrect on your menus, please use the orange button at the bottom of the page to return to the section, and amend your details. You will then need to return to the preview page to generate a new preview of your artwork. Once you are happy with your artwork, please press the green button to proceed to the next stage.

11.0 Enable offers on the website

This section allows you to select offers which will appear on your Hut’s page on the Pizzahut.co.uk website.

Offers with a large green circle/tick are default deals selected by Pizza Hut marketing, and are mandatory for the campaign.

Offers with a small tick are default deals, but can be removed/amended by you. To select a new deal, simply tick/untick the boxes.

Once you are happy with your selection, please press the green button to save and proceed to the next stage. You may also use the orange back button should you need to return to the previous section.

12.0 Order Complete

Your order is now complete. Please note, you have up until the Menumaker deadline outlined in the launch email to make any changes to your artwork. Once Menumaker has closed, you cannot amend your artwork. If you fail to login whilst Menumaker is live, your Hut will be given the default deals for the campaign.
