Robust technology is the foundation ofParker CPS. Parflange F37 non-weldedpiping systems utilize standard SAE Code61/62, ISO 6162 and ISO 6164 flange inter-faces. Parflange F37 is fully complemented with Parker’s fabrication equipment and abroad range of interconnect components, valves, clamps and seamless tubes.

Parker’s Parflange F37 product rangeincludes certified components capable ofproviding non-welded piping systems up

to 273 mm with wall thicknesses to 25 mm(10" x 1").

The Parflange F37 system utilizes two coreconnection technologies to achieve leak-free non-welded connections: F37 Flareand F37 Retaining Ring. The Flare Flangeproduces a smooth, clean, high-strengthflared tube end that is fitted with a softsealed tube insert. For higher-pressuresystems, Parker’s F37 Retaining Ring Flangesystem utilizes a retaining ring for flangeretention along with a highly engineered

seal carrier for leak-free performance. Forlow-pressure applications, Parker offersan F37 RR Light Duty series retaining ringflange system specifically designed for weight and space savings, while providingcomparable non-welded piping systemadvantages.

Parflange ® F37 Non-Welded Flange System Reduces Total Installed Piping System Cost

• Reduces dependency uponwelding piping up to 273 mm/10"

• Heat code traceable components (HCT )• Reduces system flushing time dueto inherently clean piping with noweld-induced contaminants

• Minimizes concerns of stresscorrosion cracking of weld joints

• Chrome-6 free carbon steelproducts for corrosion protection

• Full range of accessories (seamlesstube, clamps, adapters, flange

components) required for a morecomplete non-welded system

• Compliant with SAE/ISO 6162-1/2and ISO 6164 dimensions andflange patterns

• DNV and ABS type approvedsystem

Summary: Parker’s Parange F37System reduces installed cost by reducingwelding and fabrication time. Since noweld contaminants are introduced to the

system, ushing time can be dramatically reduced as well. Combining this with ParkerCPS center’s cold bending capabilities,

additional improvements in installation time and ow characteristics are evident.

Complete Piping Solutions (CPS )

Moving the technology forward

Parker is the worldwide leaderin tube fitting and adaptertechnology. Numerous connectorinnovations and advancementsare attributed to our engineeringand customer-centric collabora-tions. Our Parflange® F37 systemis the proven alternative to time-consuming and costly welding, and we continue to expand this productrange to solve new customerchallenges.

The Gulf Coast facility in Houston, Texas, is one of ve Parker CPS

centers located worldwide.

More than a superiorcomponent supplier, Parker is

positioned globally as a system partner for non-welded piping systems. We have combined

the innovative Parflange F37 non-welded piping system with

a broad array of piping services in Parker’s Complete Piping

Solutions (CPS). For industries ranging from energy and

mining to metals processing, testing systems and more,

Parker CPS tailors piping solutions to maximize our

customers’ profitability.

The complete services advantage

By coupling the best non-welded pipingsystem with a complete engineeredpiping services package, CPS offersincomparable assurance, efficiency and value for our customers. Our ParflangeF37 technology is supported withengineering consultation , design ,state-of-the art piping fabrication facilities and on-site installation. Currently, Parker operates five CPScenters located worldwide withadditional centers opening soon.

Parker’s CPS team is on the jobsite providing the necessary expertisethroughout the entire piping project.

Application Specic Piping Solutions

Some projects may require signi cant consultation and design services, while others mayonly need prefabricated pipe assemblies from a customer supplied print. Customers havethe ability to choose from the breadth of services provided through the Parker CPS center –whether this is prefabricated piping assemblies delivered to the jobsite, on-site pipingfabrication or a more turnkey approach including installation.

Consultation and Design

Consultation and DesignThe Parker CPS team of engineersoffers expert consultation and

design services.

During consultation, thecustomer’s project requirementsare reviewed with the CPSengineering team to determinethe best-suited services. Technicaland commercial requirements are

reviewed. Line sizing, clampingrequirements, routing, andenvironmental and safety

concerns are considered duringthis early stage, as well as earlycommercial options.

Parker’s CPS team providesa tailored proposal to matchthe customer’s technical andcommercial requirements whether the project is a lineexpansion, retrofit of existingpiping system or for OEMpiping assemblies. This keycollaborative planning providesa solid foundation for subsequentdesign work, as well as forfabrication of piping assembliesat a CPS center or on site.

As the project enters thedesign stage, Parker’s engineer-to-engineer collaboration withthe customer ensures that alltechnical requirements are met.

Depending on the scope of work, piping assemblies are designedeither on the jobsite or at

the CPS center. Our pipingdesigners are experts in on-sitemeasurement/surveying,development or modificationof detailed piping drawings, and steadfast review of customertechnical specifications andapplicable standards.

The hull of this offshore service vessel (left) incorporates hydraulic control lines with SAE/ISO 6162 FlareFlange system while the larger plumbing on the hydraulic winch system (right) relies on ISO 6164 RetainingRing Flange system. Both hydraulic systems utilize Parker’s Par ange F37 non-welded technology. ParkerCPS center fabricated and delivered these piping assemblies to the customer, saving days of on-site fabrication.

Prefabricated Assembliesand InstallationsParker’s CPS team migratesthe upfront piping engineeringto factory prefabricated pipeassemblies with severalinstallation options.

With state-of-the-art CNC large- andsmall-capacity bending equipment,as well as all complementary pipeend finishing equipment, the CPSteam expertly manufactures prefabricated piping assemblies.

By using cold drawn seamlesstubes, the non-welded ParflangeF37 system is inherently cleanerthan welded piping systems, providing the benefit of reducedsystem flushing time. The CPScenter employs Parker filtration andcondition monitoring technologiesto bring piping cleanliness todocumented customer require-ments. On-site leak-proof testingservices can also be specified.

Parker delivers fabricated pipeassemblies to the worksite. Thesepipe assemblies will be protected, labeled and ready for installationby the customer or Parker.

With the largest CNC cold bendingcapabilities in the industry, Parker’sCPS team specializes in the factoryfabrication of pre-bent pipingassemblies. These assembliesreduce much of the on-site designand fabrication and allow for themost efficient installation on the jobsite. When the project doesnot allow for prefabrication ofassemblies, Parker’s CPS techni-cians dispatch these capabilitiesto the job.

Parker is fully engaged in the on-siteinstallation of piping assemblies. A Parker CPS project manager leadsthe team of trained installers tomaximize installation throughputand quality of installation work.Parker’s lead role in overseeing theproject from start to finish, and inensuring that the installed piping

system meets all requirements, instills a high degree of customerconfidence.

The on-site piping installationservice also enables quick reactionto unforeseen project obstaclesor design changes. Costly projectdelays and downtime aredramatically minimized.

Parker provides best-in-class non-welded piping systems.Whether the scope of the

project requires the complete redesign of a welded piping system or the fabrication anddelivery of a pre-engineered

non-welded piping assembly,Parker CPS will engineer

a solution to maximizecustomer value.

The Parker Tracking System (PTS ) is employed to provide traceabilitythroughout the pipe assembly’slife cycle.

CPS Houston has invested in

large-diameter CNC cold bendingtechnology providing the cleanestand quickest-to-install prefabricatedpiping assemblies in the business.

Parker’s CPS centers maintaina high-level of seamless tube, flange components, clamps and

accessory components for pipeassembly fabrication and tosupport installation.
