Tough, heavy dutysteel isolators/spac-ers are available forlarge diameter pipe,for unusually heavypipe, for long cas-ings or wherevermaximum strengthand toughness arerequired.

Painted modelsprovide excellentlongevity and relia-bility for a widerange of applica-tions. Runner con-figurations may alsobe specified tomatch applicationand carrier/casingdifferential.

Fusion coatedsteel casing isola-tors/spacers may beordered for the ulti-mate in strength,toughness andextended life.

PlasticIsolators/Spacers

Economical, highdensity polyethylenecasing isolators orspacers provide pos-itive insulation, highabrasion resistanceand low coefficientof friction.

Pipe spacers, an expression developed by thewater industry, are used to permanentlyposition, support and facilitate insertion of largediameter water transmission and distributioncarrier pipe within casings.

Custom designed isolators are used to posi-tion and insulate multiple carrier pipes within a

Flange insulationkits are available forall flange sizes, types,pressure ratings andmaterials. Each kitincludes sleeves, insu-lating washers andsteel washers for eachbolt.

Isolating fittings or �weld-in� isolators areused to eliminate the potential for short circuitsand simplify the installation of pipeline corrosionmitigation hardware.

The ElectroStop isavailable in most fer-rous metals andcombinations of dis-similar metals. Itmay be ordered inpipe or tubing sizesfrom 1/2� to over120� nominal diam-eter, in all ANSI (150to 2500) and API(720 to 15,000)pressure classes.

The ElectroStop iselectrically andhydrostatically test-ed to ensure reli-able, long lastingperformance. Inaddition, eachElectroStop is guar-anteed against thefailure of workman-ship and materials.

with ISO 9002 specifications. Control over allstages of production is ensured by close adher-ence to an in-place and on going ISO 9002quality assurance program which is constantlymonitored and subject to periodic audit.

Through-wall Pipe Penetration Seals and Engineered SleevesLink-Seal® mechanical �through-wall� pipe

penetration seals are considered to be the pre-mier method for permanently sealing pipes ofany size passing through walls, floors andceilings.

Once installed, the Link-Seal is rated at 20psig (40 feet of head) which exceeds the

performance requirements of most applications. Color coded EPDM, Nitrile & Silicone elas-

tomers may be used with various hardwareoptions to match performance characteristicswith service conditions.

sleeves are used tocreate circular holesin all types of con-crete poured barriersincluding: walls,floors and ceilings.Molded from non-conductive, highimpact resistantHPDE, Century-Linesleeves are light-weight and easilyinstalled by oneconstruction worker.They are available in16 different diame-ters ranging from 2�to 25� and shipped,from stock, in anydesired length.

Cell-Cast®The Cell-Cast

modular hole form-ing system is usedto create 30� andlarger diameterholes in concretewalls. The systemconsists of 3� and/or4� lightweight inter-locking polyethylenediscs or cells whichare stacked to formthe thickness of thepoured concretewall.
