WHAT IS FIXED FEE?FIXED FEE insurance protects your campaign against the financial risk of

higher than expected responses, plus all associated promotional costs and can incorporate prize coverage for a complete packaged risk management

solution.

• The one-off fee offers full protection against financial exposure from 0-100%.

• There is no lengthy insurance claim process for the client if a promotion over-redeems.

• The Fixed Fee can include management of all the promotional services from start to finish.

• The Fixed Fee company co-ordinates the logistics of multi-reward style promotions or promotions with lots of moving-parts (e.g. multiple methods of entry).

PIMS-SCA is the ONLY Fixed Fee company in the market to:

• Provide a genuine Fixed Fee Insurance product.

• Offer £10 million worth of cover to every campaign, backed by A* rated Insurers.

• Secure promotional funds in individual client trust accounts controlled by FCA client money rules - completely separate to the business of PIMS-SCA.

• Guarantee pay-out of even the most substantial losses – claims are absorbed directly by insurers, not our own balance sheet.

• PIMS-SCA commission is governed by Underwriters – no excessive mark-ups.

MATCH & WIN GAME CARDSA great mechanic to build brand awareness / recognition during a sporting event.

Consumers receive a game card in-pack or via a retailers till receipt showing the name of a player, a specified tournament game and a prize amount. If the player scores in the game – the consumer wins the cash amount.

As well as covering all prizes, our Fixed Fee includes researching the national team’s scoring history, developing the prize structure, calculating the chances of winning and allocating prize denominations for each featured player.

Customers register their purchased product and receive a refund on their purchase if a specific event occurs during a sporting event or tournament e.g. World Cup, Olympics, Ryder Cup etc. This mechanics works particularly well for electrical goods such as TV’s or related sports equipment.

Our Fixed Fee covers the costs associated with all potential refunds.
