La Palmería de Cocalán National Park, located in the VI Region of Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins, Chile, is one of the largest natural reserves of the Chilean Palm (Jubaea Chilensis) declared in danger of extinction several years ago.
This wonderful park is an integral part of our company and we are committed to the preservation, conservation and care of its incredible and diverse flora and fauna.
The Chilean Palm can live for more than 2,000 years and reach heights of over 30 meters. La Palmería de Cocalán is the second national park with the largest number of Chilean palms in our country, featuring more than 40,000 specimens that give life to a magical and unique place.
We work daily to preserve this corner of the earth for future generations, that is our commitment.

The plums then go through tenderizing, pitting, splitting and packing processes with the best technology and highest standards in the world for this industry with Ashlock® and Elliott® machines. This results in the sweetest, softest, moistest and most tender prunes you will ever taste.
Our processes are certified: IFS, HACCP, KOSHER, HALAL and GLUTEN FREE
Once the plums are harvested, they are dried in hot air tunnels, thus guaranteeing safety and hygiene. The plums never touch the ground or are exposed to external elements.
