Pilates is kind of similar to Yoga. Like in Yoga, it involves endurance movements and improving muscle strength. It is done with a variety of equipment's and ideally on a floor mat. back in 2006 Helen looked to Pilates to help in her rehabilitation; today she
is pain free and understands the power of Pilates. The best thing about
