On each table on arrival, a selection of warmed specialty breads with a trio of spreads
main courseA choice of three of the following dishes and served with two salads,
seasonal vegetables and cream garlic gourmet potatoes:
Glazed ham on bone with a mild mustard sauce A moist glazed ham on the bone, slow roasted with cloves & brown sugar
then basted with honey and English mustard
Roast Otago lamb & mint jelly Farm fresh lamb basted with mint, rosemary and peppercorns,
baked till tender, served with mint jelly
Tandoori Chicken Chicken quarter slow baked in tandoori paste served with minted yoghurt
Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni Cannelloni filled with spinach, ricotta, pinenuts, feta, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, baked until golden
