2.1 Introduction

Use size 13 Times New Roman text font (Unicode) of Winword; normal word density; do not compress or pull the word spacing; 1.5 lines of line spacing; margin of top is 3.5 cm; bottom 3cm; left 3.5 cm; right 2cm. Page number is put at the top middle of the page. If any tables, charts, images are horizontally displayed, its head will be on the left margin of the page. However, this way of presenting should be limited.The thesis is required to be printed on the white paper, size A4 (210 x 297mm).

2.1.1 Subsection

Subsections are numbered, presented, and grouped with maximum 4 digits; the first number is chapter. (E.g: 4.1.2.1 displayed subsection 1, subsection’s group 2, section 1, Chapter 4). There must be at least 2 subsections in a subsections’ group. It means that subsection 2.1.1 is impossible to be available if there does not have 2.1.2.

2.1.2 Footer

Do not abuse the abbreviation. Only repeated words, phrases, or terms are appropriated for the use of abbreviation.The thesis must not longer than 150 pages.Footer starts from the first page of chapter 1 (or the Introduction) and ends at the last page of the reference section; italic, no bold, no period, no quotation mark. E.g: Combine issue A and issue B to protect the copyright.

2.1.3 Figures in thesis

Charts, images, numbers of tables, drawings, equations must be associated with the Chapter numbers (For example Figure 3.4 means the fourth image in Chapter 3). All tables and graphs taken from other sources must be fully cited (eg: Source: Nguồn: Tr.35, Tap chi Tin dụng (2012), Sô 15, NXB Tài chinh, TP.HCM). The cited source must be listed correctly in the Reference list. Name of the table is above the table and name of the drawing is under the drawing.

Name of the figure is centered, bold, not italic, and under the figure.All opinions, concepts, analysis, statements, expressions which are meaningful,

suggestive, not the author's own and any other references must be cited and included the source in the Reference list. Reference of the thesis. The use of co-authors' proposals or results must be specified (for other published works must be cited as a reference). If students use materials (tables, drawings, formulas, graphs, equations,

ideas ...) of other authors or co-author without referring to the author and the source, the thesis cannot be considered for protection.

Do not quote common knowledge.

Citation follows the order of the documents in the References list and is enclosed in brackets, the page number is required sometimes, for example [15, p.314-315]. For citations from many different documents, the number of each document is set independently in each square bracket, in ascending order, for example [19], [25], [41], [42].

2.2 General principles

2.2.1 Table in thesisTable 1.1: Example (name of the table is centered, bold, not italic, and above the table).

Avoid presenting half of the table or figure on the previous Page and half on

another Page; avoid presenting the name or source of a table/figure and the table/figure in two pages (except the case that the content of table/figure is too long and cannot be presented on one Page).

2.2.2 Spelling errors

Avoid common spelling errors such as Inconsistency abbreviations in the thesis (eg: HCMC, Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City ..); two consecutive spaces; capitalize proper name; dot; the font, font size (review section 1.1).

Check spelling errors, word color, Font... when you print thesis and dissertation.Students need to contact the Library or the School of Graduate Studies to refer the color, material, and way of presenting of the thesis’s cover and content.

2.2.3 The number of chapter in thesis

The number of chapters of the thesis and dissertation depends on the characteristics and regulations of each major and specific topics.

6.1 Conclusion

Present the results of the thesis briefly without further comment 6.1.1 Conclusion 1When students submit 5 volumes of thesis and thesis defending application, students need to follow the format of this regulation and cover the volume of thesis with transparent plastic cover. The previous sections of chapter 1 / introduction and from the reference section onwards can print 2 sides to save paper.After student successes in defending thesis and the secrectary’s committee approval the thesis revision. Student must submit 01 volume of thesis with blue simili hard-cover with text in yellow, the main contents of thesis are printed in 1 side, which must be referred to the other previous thesis in the Insprire library. After that student submit the final thesis to the library.

6.1.2 Conclusion 2

Note: students need to check the conditions for thesis defense before applying for protection: complete all the subjects in the training program with the GPA at least 5.5; have the philosophical and English certificate in accordance with regulations; complete paying the school fee; the thesis is still valid (06 months for normal and 09 months for extension cases with legitimate reasons approved)

APPENDIX

This part includes necessary contents to illustrate or support the contents such as figures, forms, and figures, … if students use the answers for a table of questions, that sample table of questions must be included in the Appendix in the original form used to survey and do not summarize or modify. Sample calculations are presented briefly in the samples also include in the Appendix. The Appendix should not be thicker than the main part of the thesis.

The page number of Appendix returns to Roman numerals and is the serial number of the Roman numerical part at the beginning of the thesis.

Cover of thesis in blue and follow the same format as previous published theses in the Insprire library.

At the Appendix, there is no use of the footer.
