What is a Mortgage Broker• A go-between between the borrower and the lender, who negotiates

the loan on your behalf. Aimee will do the legwork on researching products on the market from the hundreds available, and support you through the application and settlement process

• Generally does not charge the borrower for their service, as paid a commission by the lender when the mortgage is settled (slightly different for commercial loans)
