Our intent is to capture FIRM equipment and erection (if applicable) costs in anticipation of a Successful bid to the Client. Please note that the attached technical specification / data sheets from that project are being used as the basis of this proposal. Any known deviations to the specification will be noted on the individual specification data sheets. P100.1 General Site Information and Schedule Proposal Name: RDG Gas processing Terminal Project Client: Cairn India Limited Site Location: Site is located in Barmer, Rajasthan, India. Schedule Anticipated Project Full Notice to Proceed (FNTP): March 2015 Anticipated Vendor Contract Awards: May 2015 Project Mechanical Completion: 15 months from FNTP, 3 months commissioning. Equipment expected to be on site no later than: Supplier to quote best delivery Current anticipated delivery period: November 2015 through March 2016 Proposal Validity: Quoted pricing and terms shall remain valid for 180 Days. Purchaser also encourages Bidder to provide Alternate Proposals on alternative origination sources. Provided, however, that any such Alternative Proposal results in lower costs, improved quality, and/or a reduction to the schedules specified in the Request for Proposal, and provides a benefit to the Project while remaining a quality suitable for the purposes specified. If Bidder wishes to offer an Alternative Proposal, Purchaser requests that Bidder provide conceptual information to Purchaser prior to the proposal due date, so that Purchaser can determine if such Alternative Proposal would be considered by the Project. Purchaser requests that all Alternative Proposals be submitted with and in addition to Bidder's base proposal covering the specified requirements. All Alternative Proposals must clearly describe all variances with the specified requirements. P100.4 Terms and Conditions The Commercial Term Sheet provided with this RFQ is a summary of the significant standard terms and conditions articles. Bidder shall review and confirm in the Commercial Proposal Form their agreement in principal with the Commercial Term Sheet. If the Bidder does not agree in principle then they shall indicate so and provide their comments to the Commercial Term Sheet. Submittal of Bidder’s standard terms and conditions is not acceptable. There will be project specific flow downs from any resultant agreement between and Owner, which will apply, but are not yet known.

P100.5 Technical Requirements Bidder’s price shall be based on the technical information provided with this RFQ. Any exceptions or deviations should be clearly identified. P100.6 Commercial Complete and return the attached commercial proposal form with your proposal. Please address all items in the commercial proposal form in your response. P100.6.1 Start-up and Commissioning Spare Parts Include and furnish the total price of all required start-up and commissioning spare parts. Startup parts are the parts required to assemble and connect the equipment prior to commissioning. Commissioning parts are the parts required for check-out, energizing and commissioning of the equipment. Indicate in proposal what start-up and commissioning spare parts are included. P100.6.2 Not Used P100.6.3 Special Tools and Lift Fixtures Include and furnish pricing for all special tools and lift fixtures (including software) required for installation, checking, inspection, repair and maintenance of the equipment provided. Special tools are tools, fixtures and appurtenances required to assemble, maintain or operate the equipment during continuous operation. Special lift fixtures are fixtures and lifting rigs required for transport and offloading of the equipment. Special tools and lift fixtures will remain Purchaser's property. Indicate in proposal what special tools and lift fixtures are included. P100.6.4 Technical Assistance for Construction/Erection Supervision and Start- Up/Commissioning Include and provide as a separate number. Identify number of days on site and number of round trips recommended by supplier/manufacturer for construction / erection supervision and startup / commissioning technical field service. Also, provide Technical Field Service Rates for adjustments. Round trip rates to include travel time and expenses. Daily rates are to be all inclusive including labor and expenses. P100.6.5 Warranty Period The Warranty Period is as required in the attached Commercial Term Sheet. If supplier's warranty is not sufficient to cover this requirement, please include any additional cost adder necessary to meet this requirement. P100.6.6 Delivery/Completion Schedule and Shop Capacity Include the current delivery/completion schedule for the equipment. Include the transportation time for the delivery terms specified in this RFQ. State the schedule in terms of weeks after award or NTP (notice to proceed). Current and projected shop loading and shop capacity curves shall be provided for the location(s) where the equipment will be manufactured. Projections should go out 6 months or for the period of time the goods under this RFQ would be manufactured.
