APPLICATIONS AUTOMOTIVE

- The surface always has to be dry, grease-proof and dust free.- Processing temperature : +15°C and 30°C. - Drying times : high immediate adhesive strength After 20 min = 30 % adhesive strength After 24 hours = 60 % adhesive strength After 72 hours = 100 % adhesive strength

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

- Some synthetic materials that are really hard to bond, can be increased by roughening them up.- The adhesive strength of some synthetic materials can be inicreased by treating them first with the Primer 903.- Bonded pieces that are warmed up, achieve their ultimate adhesive strength a lot faster. For ex. 5 min. at 65°C = 80 % adhesive strength 1 hour at 65°C = 95 % adhesvie strength

- sanitary and kitchen arrangement : bonding of different accessories and fittings on formica, tiles, metal, inox, lacquer, glass, etc.- name- and information plates for permanent attachments- electronics : rails in switch boxes, assembling of all electronics components, even at high temperature fluctuations
