=jEvent PoliciesDeposit
A 20% deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit is non refundable. It secures your date and time.
Final PaymentFinal payment is due 2 weeks before event. It can be paid by
credit card, cash or money order.
Additional Fees6% sales tax is added to the order in addition to a 20% service fee which
covers the delivery, set up and clean up of our responsibilities.
Servers$20.00 per hour, per server will be added to the invoice. Staffing is
scheduled for a minimum of 4 hours.
Bartenders$40.00 per hour, per bartender to serve during the cocktail hour and
finish by closing out the evening with trash removal if venue requires that.
Bar Back ServiceWe will supply disposable cups, napkins, straws, ice and mixers at an
additional fee of $3.00 per person.
Time FrameWhen doing the proposal we are allowing 1 1/2 hours for set up, 1 hour for cocktail hour, 2 hours for dinner, 30 minutes for cake and 1 hour for
clean up. Hours above the 6 figured hours will be billed separately.
GratuityA gratuity is not included for any of the staff and is always
greatly appreciated!
Served DinnerOur prices are based on buffet style dinner. If you would like to have a sit
down, served meal there will be an additional fee of $5.00 per person.
Disposal ofFoodThe health department requires all food to be disposed of after so many
hours. Because of this we do not permit anyone taking leftover food with them. The safety and well-being of our clients is very important to us.
P ricingAll of our prices are subject to market increases.
TastingsWe would love to schedule you for a tasting. The charge is $30.00 per
person and is due at time of scheduling.
