Exhibit "C" is an my e-mail communication with Detective Dobbs of IMPD.

Exhibit "D" is an email from the Brownsburg Police with a partial police report attached. Eric Lomax talked to the Brownsburg officer and was told the man said he stole the vehicle on 381

h Street.

The truck is now in back in our possession. The only apparent damage is the busted out passenger window. Nothing but a few tools in the cab have been recovered. The bed of the truck was empty.

Still no word on the missing gauge ..

The GMC was recovered by the Brownsburg PD- maybe in Avon. The vehicle was being driven and an arrest was made.

I am awaiting a call from the Brownsburg officer that made the arrest.

We owe $500 (towing, mechanics lien, storage, etc.) to Plouges Towing, 2198 E. US136, Pittsboro, IN, if we want to pick up the truck tomorrow. Add $25/day for every day after that.

Partial Police Report attached. I note that it says the vehicle is damaged.

I had hoped to speak to the Brownsburg officer and make sure he knows about the nuke gauge.

Seems like we should plan on going to get the truck tomorrow if you can come up with the cash. There doesn't appear to be any need for any more investigation of the truck by the Police Departments involved.
