Club is a premiere location for a multitude of functions and events. Our Club boasts a charming nine hole golf course,
bowling greens, ample parking and is home to superb function facilities. In addition to the impressive setting, Breakers
delivers to its clients an exceptional standard of service throughout each and every facet of the event process.
We pride ourselves on our flexible approach and have put together this package to guide you through what we have to

THE FUNCTION ROOM THE AUDITORIUM
Our Function Room is ideal for all sized events. This
modern room is located on the ground floor and boasts
floor to ceiling glass windows which allows for natural light
and a lovely outlook, a state of the art data projector and
screen, microphone facilities, modern bar and portable
dance floor.
Our Auditorium is ideal for all events. Located upstairs this
room features a state of the art data projector and screen,
audio facilities, raised stage, private bar and permanent
dance floor. The versatility of this room allows for the space
to be divided into two smaller rooms, perfect for smaller
celebrations or corporate events.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GENERAL
• All prices shown are GST inclusive.
• Prices, menus and beverage lists are subject to change without notice.
• You are welcome to theme and/or decorate your function room. Please ask our Function Coordinator if you would
like to use one of our preferred partners. All decorations need to be removed at the conclusion of the event.
• Catering requirements, beverage selection and function sheets are required at least 3 weeks prior to your Function.
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received at least 2 weeks in advance.
• A $300 security guard fee applies for all 21st birthdays. No 18th birthday parties allowed.
• A $500 room hire fee will apply on a Friday Night, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
• If you spend more than $2000 on catering the room hire fee will be waived.
• Breakers Country Club will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of any articles left in the room prior to,
during or after the specific function
• To secure your booking a security deposit / bond of $500 is required. This is non-refundable in the event of a
cancellation. However will be refunded after your event assuming there were no additional costs or damages.
• Please note a $50 per hour charge will apply to all bookings prior to 8:00am.

• Dietary requirements can be accommodated; however there may be an additional cost. Please speak with our
Functions Coordinator for further details.

with our Food Safety Management System.
