Since 1974 Bob and Bill have been friends and true partners in forming,
growing and maintaining Phoenix Bay State Construction Co., Inc. Phoenix is one
of the largest union masonry contractors in all of New England and has been
operating from the same location since its formation. Bob and Bill started out
working in the field side by side with some of the same people currently employed
by the company. They have built the company from the ground up to what it is today.
Bob and Bill are involved in every aspect of the company operations. They interact
with clients, architects, consultants and engineers; they assist with the estimating,
pricing and bid process; they oversee projects to ensure the work product is of the
highest quality and is completed timely and they continually guide the business in
growth and stability.
No project is too big or too small to keep our clients satisfied. Phoenix
has been trusted to handle large complicated restoration projects such as the Gasson
Hall Tower renovation at Boston College and the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology Dome renovation to a simply beautiful staircase renovation at
Emmanuel College. Our new building experience has allowed us to build
Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s new Cancer Research Building, Emmanuel
College’s Science Building, Winchester Hospitals’ new Ambulatory Building and the
Mandarin Oriental’s Boston Hotel.
Bob and Bill have been dedicated to each other and this company since
1974. Phoenix is proud to provide the same top quality for every job big or small.
Bob and Bill have promoted a safe working environment for all Phoenix employees
and the company has gone years at a time with no on the job injuries. Safety is not
optional, it is a priority. Phoenix has used hard work and dedication to remain one of
the top masonry contractors in the region. Bob and Bill are just as dedicated to the
employees of Phoenix and strive to know each one from top to bottom. They make
sure Phoenix as a whole is thriving, learning and growing. Bob, Bill and the entire
Phoenix family are dedicated to our clients in every way. Phoenix strives to exceed
your expectations and be here for your needs from concept to completion.
