Production / Sanitation Supervisor : Eight O’Clock Coffee – Landover, MD Reporting to the Plant Manager, I was responsible for coordinating shift activities to meet plant production requirements.

Key Accomplishments: Supervised 40 union employees in receiving, processing and warehousing Developed, managed and trained union associates on plant sanitation program. Developed sanitation program and trained crew for third shift implementation.

Production Supervisor : Safeway Stores Dairy Division – Denver, CO and Landover, MD Member of the operations team in two milk and cultured products plants reporting to the Plant

Superintendents. Responsible for production planning, crew scheduling, sanitation and raw materials purchasing.
