Hello.
Welcome to my latest report for Norman Park, Hawthorne, Bulimba and Camp Hill residential property.
For more than ten years I have been helping people to buy and sell in these prized Brisbane suburbs and
although a lot has changed in that time with the significant amount of growth and development that has
taken place, our community spirit remains as vibrant, as captivating and as inviting as it has always been.
There is certainly a lot to love about living here and when I am not out helping people move I am, like you,
out there enjoying our first class amenities, parks and wonderful local cafe and dining scene.
As we start our climb towards the middle part of the year, it is interesting to see what changes have taken
place in the property market. Across Australia’s capital cities, and when compared to the same time last
year, house prices have continued to grow, albeit by smaller percentages than previously which suggests
that we have returned to a more modest paced market or cycle.
Year on year, Brisbane as a whole grew by 4.5% and remains one of Australia’s most stable and most
consistent market places in terms of capital growth. It is also unlikely that as a whole Brisbane will see any
significant swing or adjustment to this level throughout the remainder of 2016.
There are a number of factors that have resulted in Brisbane’s resilient trend since 2012, namely; consistent
population growth change with an average growth rate of 2.2% per annum over the last ten years, there
is generally less speculation based property investment and the market has consistently seen a level of
supply – or homes – coming to the market.
The current market.
Camp Hill “Many thanks for all your help in the sale of our property. We went with you on a
recommendation and we felt that we always received excellent service from you all
and achieved a great result. Phil’s communication after each open house was timely
and honest and we felt that our property was being very well represented. These
things are never an easy experience, however I felt that we were very supported with
well-placed advice from the team. Thank you for all your help.” J & K Williams

Phil has a very clear and astute grasp
of the market in general and quickly
saw the unique selling points of our
property.
JS & R Collings
As a developer, Phil has always been
professional in all my dealings with
him in the last 10 – 15 years. He has
sold over 20 of my homes and always
strives to maximize the price the buyers
are prepared to pay.

Camp Hill Phil has sold over 10 homes for me
and it is critical from my point of view
I have an agent who can maximize
every single dollar from every deal. Phil
has done this on a regular basis in all
markets. His negotiation skills are first
class. Hugh Bridle
