With the aim to reinforce the automotive cluster in Sumadija, several project proposal are under discussion and preliminary definition:

Creating a common database of CVs, shared between educational institutions and opened to enterprises/stockholders able to support:

• the hiring of human resources with proper expertise• the mobility of workers throughout the Country• an adequate tool for social monitoring of unemployment

Develop technological solutions to convert fuel engine in a zero emission electric power-train to:

• enlarge the life span for old cars• reduce costs for mobility and maintenances• propose an environmental sustainability

Transforming the “ex-Zastava” manufacturing suppliers in a efficient network of SMEs able to operate in the global market and with respect to modern standards by investing in:
